About the Role
RadixArk is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to own how SGLang, Miles, and our open source infrastructure are positioned and perceived across the market. SGLang already has 20K+ GitHub stars and serves billions of tokens daily across leading AI companies and research labs, and we're looking for someone to be the bridge between our engineering team and the people who decide to adopt, partner with, and write about us.
You'll define our product messaging, drive our launch calendar, and translate deeply technical systems into value that developers, partners, and buyers understand. You'll also bring that messaging to life in person by running our field events, and you'll be the steady hand who shapes our external response when something needs a clear public voice. This role combines product marketing depth with hands-on execution, and you'll have real influence over how our products are positioned and adopted across the AI infrastructure community.
Key Responsibilities
Product Positioning & Messaging:Own product positioning and messaging for SGLang, Miles, and the broader platform. Build and maintain buyer personas and ideal customer profiles to guide segmentation and storytelling. Translate complex technical capabilities such as inference optimization and RL post-training into clear, differentiated value for distinct audiences. Partner with engineering and product to turn new releases and features into market-ready narrative as soon as they ship.
Go-to-Market & Launches:Own the go-to-market strategy and launch calendar for new products and major updates, coordinating the cross-functional work needed to land them. Produce sales and partner enablement assets including pitch decks, battlecards, case studies, and benchmark narratives. Ensure consistent messaging across every touchpoint, from website and social to partner co-marketing and events.
Field Events & Activations:Plan and execute RadixArk's field programs end to end, including developer meetups, partner activations, and industry conference presence. Own agenda, speakers, vendors, on-site execution, and post-event follow-up, not just the brief. Because the messaging originates with you, you keep the content and the experience aligned, and you tie each program back to community growth, adoption, and pipeline.
External Communications & Issue Response:Shape RadixArk's external voice across announcements, statements, and executive-facing narrative. Build relationships with media, analysts, and technical influencers. When sensitive situations arise, such as a partner omitting our contribution from their messaging, a contested benchmark, or a community controversy, assess quickly whether and how to respond, set the right framing and channel, and write the response yourself.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
5+ years of product marketing experience, ideally in AI infrastructure, developer tools, cloud, or open source.
A proven track record translating complex technical products into business-oriented messaging for developers, partners, and buyers.
Demonstrated ownership of product launches and go-to-market plans with measurable awareness, adoption, or pipeline impact.
Hands-on field event experience, with the ability to run a meetup, summit, or conference presence yourself rather than only directing an agency.
Outstanding writing and editorial judgment across positioning, long-form content, and short-form public statements.
Sound judgment and composure in sensitive external situations, with the ability to draft clear public-facing responses under time pressure.
Self-starter who can identify opportunities and drive initiatives independently with minimal oversight.
Preferred (Bonus) Qualifications
Solid understanding of AI/ML infrastructure, including LLM serving, distributed training, and GPU optimization.
Experience working with or marketing a popular open source AI/ML project.
Existing relationships with media, analysts, or technical influencers in the AI infrastructure space.
Experience building or scaling a product marketing function, with the appetite to grow into a team lead.
Bilingual in Chinese and English, comfortable aligning internally in Chinese and producing external content in English.
Active presence in developer or AI communities such as GitHub, Twitter/X, Discord, or Reddit.
