Creative Product Marketing Manager - Base44

We're looking for a Creative Product Marketing Manager who lives inside the creative team. Someone who understands the product deeply, knows the audience and the competitive field, and turns all of it into stories worth telling. This role is built for someone who owns both the thinking and the doing. In your day to day you will:

• Know the product inside out, including its strengths and weaknesses, how it stacks up against competitors, and where it is headed.

• Stay in constant intelligence-gathering mode across every front we work on: product, competition, and user conversations. Know what people think of us, what they need, and where we fall short.

• Deliver insights the team can act on, and spot product opportunities worth talking about.

• Turn product capabilities into stories of value: know what to emphasize, how to frame it, and how to adapt it to different audiences and intents.

• Own broad, ongoing responsibility areas end to end: gathering from multiple sources, filtering for quality, building AI tools and workflows to operate at scale, and carrying things through to production.

• Take part in campaign and content creation across YouTube, web, and marketing channels: shaping concepts and seeing them through production with the team.

• Create hands-on product storyboards within our design language, capture screen recordings, and drive video work alongside an editor and designer.
   

• Synthesize product, market, and audience into a clear point of view through sharp, analytical thinking.

• Recognize a good story and know how to turn a product capability into a compelling story of value.

• Leverage AI tools and automations hands-on to build skills and workflows that scale.

• Operate independently, fast, and organized to hold full processes on your own without waiting for direction.

• Create visual assets, build storyboards and screen captures, and collaborate closely with editors and designers on video.

• Thrive as an independent operator when needed while remaining a team player at heart.
