Original employer description
Reproduced verbatim from the employer. Verify everything in this brief against the source text below.
Quicknode is a cloud-based infrastructure company that powers the blockchain ecosystem.
Our mission is to be the indispensable utility that empowers companies and innovators globally to build next-generation, Web3 enabled businesses & applications using blockchain technology. Quicknode is backed by some of the world's best investors including Tiger Global, Y Combinator, SoftBank, and the Seven Seven Six Fund. The Quicknode team has over 120 people maintaining high performance global data infrastructure for amazing customers serving billions of requests daily.
We are a global remote company with an HQ in Miami, Florida.
This is Quicknode's first dedicated APAC marketing hire. You'll be building from the ground up — establishing our presence, testing channels, and proving the regional growth model. If you want a playbook handed to you, this isn't the role. If you want to write the playbook, keep reading.
As the Growth Marketing Manager, you will be the regional owner for growth marketing programs across APAC — combining digital execution (localized SEO and regional paid channels) with in-market community + event marketing to drive measurable pipeline outcomes. You will work closely with Marketing, Sales and DevRel to increase awareness, acquisition, and conversion in priority APAC markets while providing field intel to inform strategy.
Own regional demand generation for the Self-Service segment and pipeline goals for the APAC Enterprise Segment (sourced pipeline targets, lead volume, and conversion improvements).
Plan and execute localized digital programs: SEO, landing pages, and content distribution for Korea, Japan and Singapore (and broader APAC as prioritized).
Manage and optimize regional paid channels and partnerships (e.g., Naver, Kakao, Coin98, Telegram & Discord communities, regional media placements).
Build relationships in developer communities and represent QuickNode at conferences, meetups, and ecosystem events in-region.
Develop an events & community calendar, run pre/during/post event motions, and ensure follow-up drives opportunities.
Serve as Quicknode's eyes and ears in APAC — deliver monthly competitive and market intelligence briefs covering competitor moves, emerging chains/protocols gaining regional traction, developer sentiment, and partnership opportunities.
Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, and DevRel to coordinate messaging, offers, and funnel handoff.
Set up dashboards and reporting for regional performance, including pipeline attribution and experiment learnings.
5+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand gen, or performance marketing.
B2B SaaS or Web3/blockchain infrastructure experience required. Familiarity with APAC crypto ecosystems, developer communities, and regional conference circuits strongly preferred.
Hands-on digital execution experience: SEO, paid acquisition, landing pages, experimentation, and analytics/reporting.
Strong interpersonal and networking skills; comfortable being “boots on the ground” at events and building community relationships.
Experience managing regional/channel-specific marketing programs and adapting messaging for local audiences.
Familiarity with APAC channels and platforms (e.g., Naver/Kakao in Korea, developer publishing communities in Japan, regional crypto/dev communities like Coin98/Telegram).
Fluency in English required. Proficiency in Korean, Japanese, or Mandarin is a strong advantage — or demonstrated experience localizing marketing programs for Northeast Asian markets.
Ability to work cross-functionally, influence without authority, and run structured experiments with clear measurement.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and high ownership in a fast-moving environment.
