Original employer description

Brisk Teaching is the leading AI platform for K-12 educators, empowering teachers to deliver personalized, curriculum-aligned instruction at scale. Our Classroom Intelligence tools connect teachers, students, and curriculum—making meaningful learning happen in classrooms every day. We believe the best technology is cutting-edge, respects teachers’ time, integrates into real classrooms, and helps educators focus on what matters most.
Since launching, Brisk has experienced rapid growth. Over 2 million teachers use our platform, and we partner with districts and schools nationwide to transform how educators teach and how students learn.
We're backed by leading venture and edtech investors including Bessemer Venture Partners (Shopify, LinkedIn, Anthropic, Perplexity) and Owl Ventures (Newsela, Quizlet, MasterClass), with a team spanning top AI companies and real classroom experience.
We're a fast-moving, collaborative team driven by a shared commitment to educator impact and product excellence. Our values—urgency, ownership, and focus—shape how we build and who we are.
This is one of the most strategic individual contributor roles at Brisk, reporting directly to the VP of Marketing.
You'll own educator growth from first impression through activation—defining the strategy, building the roadmap, executing high-impact initiatives, and measuring what drives results. From acquisition and conversion to experimentation, attribution, and activation, you'll shape how Brisk reaches millions more educators.
This is a true builder role. There isn't an established growth function or mature playbook waiting for you to inherit. You'll define what great looks like, build the systems that make growth repeatable, and partner closely with Product, Design, Engineering, Brand, and Product Marketing to bring that vision to life.
We're looking for someone with exceptional judgment, a bias toward action, and the ability to move seamlessly between strategy and execution. If you're energized by solving hard growth problems, building from the ground up, and creating measurable business impact, you'll thrive here.
Define Brisk's growth strategy and roadmap. Identify the highest-leverage opportunities to accelerate educator acquisition, prioritize investments, and turn ambitious growth goals into measurable outcomes.
Treat briskteaching.com like a product — not a marketing site.
Own the website roadmap, messaging, information architecture, landing pages, and conversion strategy. Launch improvements through Webflow, optimize the user journey, and continuously improve conversion through experimentation.
Lead Brisk's organic growth strategy across traditional search and AI-powered discovery.
Develop strategies across SEO, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and emerging search experiences to ensure educators discover Brisk wherever they're looking.
Own Brisk's paid acquisition strategy across digital channels.
Allocate budget, launch campaigns, test new opportunities, and optimize performance to maximize efficient growth. Know when to scale investment — and when to shift resources elsewhere.
Build the measurement system that powers growth.
Develop dashboards and reporting that give leadership clear visibility into:
Growth performance
CAC and acquisition efficiency
Channel attribution
Funnel conversion
Marketing ROI
Activation
Experiment performance
Translate complex growth data into clear recommendations that help leadership make confident investment decisions.
Build a culture of rapid experimentation across the acquisition funnel.
Develop hypotheses, launch tests, measure outcomes, and scale what works. Balance speed with rigor while continuously improving performance.
Partner closely with Product, Design, Engineering, Brand, and Product Marketing to improve acquisition, onboarding, activation, and product-led growth. Help shape the product roadmap through customer insights, growth data, and experimentation, ensuring marketing and product operate as one connected growth engine.
Explore and scale new acquisition opportunities across creators, partnerships, marketplaces, referrals, browser ecosystems, and other emerging channels to keep Brisk's growth engine evolving.
You think like an owner. You don't wait for direction—you identify opportunities, build plans, align stakeholders, and execute.
You're equally comfortable discussing strategy with executives, analyzing funnel data, launching a paid campaign, reviewing landing page copy, or shipping a Webflow update yourself.
You pair analytical rigor with strong creative instincts, turning customer insights into campaigns and experiences that capture educators' attention and drive action.
You know what exceptional growth looks like because you've built it before—and you're excited to build it again at Brisk.
Built Brisk's long-term growth strategy and multi-quarter roadmap.
Established a scalable growth operating system with clear KPIs, attribution, and executive dashboards.
Increased educator acquisition while improving acquisition efficiency.
Improved website conversion through continuous experimentation.
Established Brisk as a leader in both traditional and AI-powered search.
Built a repeatable acquisition engine capable of reaching Brisk's next 2 million educators.
8+ years of experience leading consumer (B2C) or product-led growth marketing.
Proven success building and scaling acquisition engines at high-growth technology companies,
Expertise in website strategy, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and experimentation.
Deep understanding of SEO, AEO, and AI-powered search.
Strong performance marketing experience.
Expertise in attribution, analytics, dashboards, and marketing measurement.

Exceptional strategic thinking, judgment, and execution.

You’ll own growth end to end at a fast-scaling AI edtech startup.
You’ll work with a creative, data-driven, and mission-focused team that values both hustle and heart.
Remote-first culture, flexible hours, and meaningful work that makes a difference in classrooms.
