Senior Field Marketing Manager

The Role

As Senior Field Marketing Manager (all genders), you'll be responsible for the strategic development and execution of local GTM strategy to drive regional growth across our biggest revenue engine, in the DACH market. Your ideas land fast here and your impact is visible. This role sits at the intersection of sales success and marketing excellence. This is a rare opportunity to scale field marketing across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, working alongside passionate colleagues who move fast and deliver real impact. This role involves close collaboration with sales, central marketing teams, product, and partner marketing teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.

What you'll do

• Stakeholder Management: Manage strategic planning and relationships with internal and external stakeholders to provide updates on program progress and results. Experience working with sales teams is essential, and strong alignment is crucial. 

• Campaign Execution: Plan, execute, and optimise regional marketing campaigns, events, and programs to drive demand generation and revenue growth. You're comfortable using generative AI tools to accelerate campaign content creation, localise messaging at scale, and streamline reporting workflows. 

• Event Management: Plan and execute regional events, trade shows, and webinars across DACH to drive engagement and lead generation, drawing on hands-on event and tradeshow organisation experience. 

• Support Partner Programs: Amplify partner marketing programs in DACH by providing partners with the necessary resources, training, and support. Work closely with regional partners to identify opportunities for joint marketing initiatives and co-branded campaigns. 

• Budget Management: Manage the budget for regional marketing activities, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and budget adherence. 

• Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of field and partner marketing initiatives. 

• ABM Marketing: Work with sales teams to own an ABM programme regionally. 

• Market Insight: Conduct assessment to identify opportunities, review campaign performance, assess the addressable market, and evaluate the market-aware landscape. 

What you bring

• 5+ years of marketing experience with demonstrated success in B2B SaaS field marketing, including strong event and tradeshow organisation execution as a core part of a regional go-to-market motion. 

• Proven experience in field and partner marketing, with strong operational expertise. 

• Robust experience in marketing automation and insight tools such as HubSpot's AI content assistant and predictive lead scoring, Lightdash, Salesforce, and Gong's AI conversation intelligence. 

• Proven track record of success in partnering with Sales for shared goals. 

• Data-focused mindset with demonstrated ability to interpret and understand data, including use of AI-powered tools to understand intent and optimise campaign performance. 

• Experience managing external vendors and agencies. 

• KPI-focused, with a clear understanding of how to deliver ROI from your activities. 

• Comfortable collaborating in a matrix marketing organisation. 

• You demonstrate initiative by identifying and resolving issues proactively, taking ownership of outcomes. 

• Fluent German and English language skills. 

• Ability to travel across different countries in Europe.
