This is a senior, high-impact role on Glow’s Marketing team, central to our pipeline strategy and go-to-market motion. As a Senior Field Marketing Manager, you'll be a key architect of how we show up in the field, owning a mix of strategy, execution of our event and field programs, while helping establish the foundational infrastructure and playbooks that will scale the team.
If you're a passionate field and experiential marketer looking for an opportunity to create extraordinary in-person experiences and build from the ground up, this is your chance to create innovative events that directly shape Glow's brand experience.
You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders in sales and leadership to design experiences that accelerate deals and deepen customer relationships. You'll bring a strategic lens to audience segmentation, investment decisions, and program measurement, while also rolling up your sleeves to execute.
Strategy & Ownership
Partner closely with Sales leadership to align event investments to territory and account priorities
Develop scalable playbooks for event planning, activation, and follow-up
Operational Excellence
Build and manage event budgets with strong ROI discipline
Create standardized processes for planning, tracking, and post-event follow-up
Implement scalable systems for registration tracking, lead capture, routing, and SLA enforcement
Drive pre-event enablement and post-event follow-up rigor across Sales teams
Data & Performance Management
Define and track KPIs including:
Pipeline generated and influenced
Revenue attribution
Cost per opportunity
Event ROI
Meeting conversion rates
Deliver executive-level reporting and insights
Continuously optimize channel mix based on performance data

8+ years of B2B marketing experience, with 4+ years in field marketing or event marketing
Experience owning and executing large-scale tradeshows and high-volume field programs
Demonstrated success driving pipeline and revenue through event programs
Experience managing budgets and forecasting ROI
Proven people manager with experience leading and developing direct reports
Experience in high-growth B2B SaaS environments
Familiarity with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms
