Glow is on a mission to transform how enterprises proactively protect the modern endpoint with an agentic-first approach. Our platform gives security teams the visibility, context, and autonomous remediation they've never had before — across every endpoint, application, and AI tool in the environment. We move fast, we build things that matter, and we believe security should be a force multiplier for the business, not a bottleneck. Let's Glow.
We’re looking for a Senior Technical Product Marketing Manager with deep cybersecurity expertise and strong product thinking, who is excited to shape how our products are positioned, launched, and adopted.
You'll serve as the bridge between Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing, translating customer needs and technical capabilities into compelling product narratives and go-to-market strategies. You'll influence product direction through customer insights, own technical product launches, develop differentiated positioning, and create technical content that resonates with both practitioners and executive buyers.
This is a highly cross-functional role where you'll help define not only how we talk about our products, but also what we build and why it matters.
Create and deliver high-quality technical marketing content including:
Solution briefs
Technical blogs
Product documentation support
Webinars and presentations
Demo scripts and customer enablement materials
Competitive and technical positioning assets
Partner with Product Management and Engineering teams to deeply understand product capabilities, roadmap, and customer use cases
Support Sales and Customer Success teams with technical messaging, enablement, and customer-facing presentations
Translate technical cybersecurity concepts into clear, engaging, and customer-relevant messaging for both technical and executive audiences
Represent the company externally through webinars, customer meetings, conferences, workshops, and industry events
Gather customer feedback and field insights to help influence product strategy and positioning
Help drive technical thought leadership initiatives and contribute to the company’s presence in the cybersecurity community
Experience in Product Marketing or Technical Marketing within a cybersecurity company
Native English speaker with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Proven experience regularly creating customer-facing technical content and presentations
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong presentation and public speaking abilities, with confidence presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences
Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling way
Passion for cybersecurity and sharing technical insights with customers and the broader community
Experience collaborating cross-functionally with technical and business stakeholders
The Glow Mindset: You take ownership, act with accountability, collaborate openly, and focus on delivering meaningful impact. You thrive in fast-moving environments, embrace ambiguity, and enjoy solving hard problems together.
Experience supporting enterprise sales cycles and technical evaluations
Hands-on experience with cybersecurity tools, platforms, or operational environments
Experience creating webinars, demos, or speaking at industry events

02How is the ICP / persona work structured between product marketing and sales?
Why ask this: Triggered when product marketing or sales enablement signals appear. Triggered by the posting’s mention of product marketing / enablement signals.
Keyword stuffing, fabricated bullets, or borrowed metrics tend to backfire in the first screen. Use these as a checklist, not a script.
