Use this posting to prepare
Each subsection below is grounded in something the posting or the role fields actually say. Use them as prompts โ not as finished resume copy.
Step 1
Terms in the actual posting. Use these only where they match your real experience.
Step 2
Worth raising before applying or in the first recruiter conversation.
01How is the ICP / persona work structured between product marketing and sales?
Why ask this: Triggered when product marketing or sales enablement signals appear. Triggered by the postingโs mention of product marketing / enablement signals.
Step 3
Each angle below starts from a real signal in the posting. The phrase โif this reflects your real experienceโ matters โ donโt invent experience you donโt have.
Angle 01
Analytics / reporting angle
If this reflects your real background, emphasize: data warehouse access and tooling stack, metric definitions and reporting cadence, and attribution and forecasting accuracy
Why we suggest this: posting mentions reporting & forecasting.
Keyword stuffing, fabricated bullets, or borrowed metrics tend to backfire in the first screen. Use these as a checklist, not a script.

apify
apify has 5 other live roles on this site right now across 3 different role categories. The list below shows what theyโre hiring for alongside this posting.
Original employer description
Reproduced verbatim from the employer. Verify everything in this brief against the source text below.
Apify is the largest marketplace of tools for AI. 25,000 Actors helping people and agents get real-time web data, track competitors, generate leads, or integrate their apps. Actors are built by a global creator community that now earns more than $1M every month.
Join us to help people put the web to work. Apify can find missing children, protect consumers from fake discounts across the EU, and feed data to AI chatbots.
We're growing fast, and how the world understands what Apify is matters more than ever. Thatโs why weโre looking for a Senior Influencer Marketing Manager to own the content creator marketing program from the ground up, building a network of creators and influencers who reach the right audiences, communicate Apify's value accurately, and generate demand across the full funnel.
You'll sit between demand creation and product marketing, treating creators as both a production engine and a distribution layer for the rest of the marketing system. You'll be the single owner of creator-driven results: who we work with, what they make, how it performs, and how it ties back to the funnel.
Build and scale the content creator program
Source, vet, and activate content creators and influencers across YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, Reddit, podcasts, and other channels focused on developers, AI builders, and technical decision-makers.
Own the program structure: tiers, compensation models (fixed fee, CPA, hybrid), onboarding, and regional execution aligned to GTM priorities.
Manage budgets, contracts, rates, and usage rights across all creator partnerships
Own channel planning and forecasting.
Stay ahead of creator-economy trends, platform shifts, emerging formats, and new talent, and bring that intelligence into how the program evolves.
Connect creators to the broader marketing system
Work with Product Marketing to ensure creator content reflects Apify's product narrative and GTM priorities - content creators are an extension of how Apify communicates externally, not a separate voice.
Partner with the Affiliate Manager so every creator relationship is structured, tiered, briefed, and tracked, and every partner works from the same content standards and creative direction.
Work with the Social Media team to align creator content with the organic content calendar and amplify top-performing content across owned channels.
Own program reporting: content velocity, ICP reach, messaging quality, creator-attributed signups, and revenue influence.
Own paid placements and UGC buying, routing top-performing content into other channels for amplification.
Own content quality and distribution
Brief creators on what to make and why, translating Apify's product positioning and campaign priorities into clear content direction.
Track content velocity per creator: posting frequency, video performance, and whether they're active or dormant.
Own quality control: messaging accuracy, feature representation, and ICP fit.
Build playbooks, creative frameworks, and repeatable systems so quality scales with volume.
You have 6+ years in media buying, influencer marketing, or partnerships, ideally within a B2B, developer, gaming, digital product, or technical audience - with proven experience building content creator or influencer programs.
You have a sharp eye for what resonates with technical audiences - you know the difference between content that builds genuine credibility and content that reads as paid promotion.
You've worked with audiences who are skeptical of marketing by default, and you've built programs that respect that skepticism rather than trying to override it.
You understand that trust in developer communities is earned slowly and lost fast. You know when to pull back on brand control and let a creator's voice lead, and when that's the better performance outcome.
You understand performance marketing, and how creator content connects to the media-buying landscape and acquisition metrics.
Youโre hands on with the creative work itself: you write briefs, build toolkits, and give creative direction.
You've worked across functions before: you know how to align with paid media, product marketing, legal, or finance teams and make the collaboration work.
You judge creator output by ICP reach and how deeply content lands, not by impression counts.
You're comfortable building from scratch in a new environment.
You'll start by immersing yourself in Apify's product, audience, and existing creator activity. There's no polished program to inherit - your first job is to assess what exists, map the opportunity, and start building.
By the end of the first month, we expect you to:
Complete general onboarding and meet all relevant stakeholders.
Audit existing creator and influencer activity across affiliate, social, and informal partnerships, and document the findings.
Identify the highest-priority creator segments and markets to activate first.
By the end of the first three months, we expect you to:
Have the first creator tier active: outreach done, contracts signed, first content briefed and in production.
Have defined the program structure: tiers, compensation model, briefing process, quality standards.
Run the first paid creator placements, with tracking and reporting set up.
Have a Q4 plan ready - creator pipeline, budget allocation, content calendar aligned to GTM priorities.
By the end of the first six months, we expect you to:
Have a functioning creator network delivering consistent content across priority markets.
Show measurable output: ICP reach, content velocity, and creator-attributed signups tracked and reported.
Have integrated creator content into at least five GTM campaigns and supplied at least five UGC creative streams into demand-capture campaigns.
Feed into 2027 planning with a clear view of what's working, what to scale, and where to invest.
