Little Spoon is looking for a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager, Retention to own our retention lifecycle strategy across email, SMS, push, and in-app channels. This is a high-ownership, high-visibility cross-functional role. The person who steps into this role should walk into every cross-functional room as the clear retention expert with a deep understanding of the Little Spoon customer experience across every touchpoint—shaping what lifecycle does, why, and what it should do next.
This role requires someone who can independently drive programs from ideation through post-launch readout, communicate proactively across partners and leadership, and establish a strong, confident POV on what retention communications should look like at Little Spoon.

Little Spoon is home to extraordinary, mission-aligned people, and we aim to compensate accordingly. Compensation is informed by market data, company stage, the scope of the role, location, and individual experience. The anticipated base salary range for NYC-based candidates is $125,000–$145,000 USD, commensurate with experience. Candidates outside of NYC or in remote roles may be subject to a different range. This role also includes an equity package and comprehensive benefits designed to support the well-being and growth of every Spooner.
