POSITION SUMMARY
As a Senior Growth Marketing Manager of Paid Social, you will play a critical role in driving acquisition by executing, testing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across paid social (Meta, TikTok, Reddit, Snap, etc.) and programmatic channels. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Analytics, Creative, and Product, to develop comprehensive tests and accelerate growth. You will also own and evolve our paid social AI workflows and insight reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mobile attribution and incrementality testing, and a track record of building robust experimentation roadmaps.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $162,849-$199,037, plus equity and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. This is a hybrid position in Mountain View that requires in-office work 2 days a week.
