Original employer description
Reproduced verbatim from the employer. Verify everything in this brief against the source text below.
It all started with an idea in 2021. Initially built to democratize Bitcoin in France, Bitstack has gone from a simple product that invests spare change in bitcoin, to a crypto-native bank bringing a better way to save, spend, and grow money to our 300K+ users. We want to rebuild finance from the ground up to empower people to achieve financial freedom by participating in a more open and inclusive financial system. We’re a small, ambitious team of operators. We believe in moving fast, sweating the details, and creating products people truly love. At Bitstack, you’ll have the opportunity to shape not just our products, but the culture and practices of our entire organization. Bitstack is backed by YC, leading VCs like 13books Capital, Stillmark, Serena, and many more. We are building a product our users love and we are just getting started!
The Role
Growth at Bitstack is not a marketing function.
It’s one of the company’s core operating systems.
As VP Growth, you’ll be responsible for building and leading our entire growth engine — from acquisition to activation, retention, referrals, monetization, and international expansion.
You’ll work directly with the CEO, Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and Marketing to turn Bitstack into one of Europe’s fastest-growing consumer financial products.
This is an executive leadership role with company-wide impact.

Work closely with local market leaders to accelerate adoption.

What Success Looks Like
Over the coming years, you’ll help Bitstack:
Grow from hundreds of thousands to millions of users.
Successfully scale across multiple European markets.
Build one of Europe’s best growth organizations.
Establish Bitstack as a category-defining consumer fintech.
Who You Are
We’re looking for an exceptional operator who has already helped build a leading consumer technology company.
Ideally, you’ve:
Scaled a consumer product from hundreds of thousands to millions of users.
Built and led high-performing Growth organizations.
Owned growth across acquisition, activation, retention and monetization — not just marketing.
Worked closely with Product, Engineering and Data.
Led international expansion.
Managed significant marketing and growth budgets.
Recruited exceptional leaders and built high-performance teams.
Experience in fintech is a strong plus.
Experience in crypto is not required.
You’ll Thrive Here If...
You think in systems, not channels.
You obsess over customers and product.
You’re deeply analytical but highly pragmatic.
You move quickly and enjoy operating in ambiguity.
You challenge assumptions and raise the bar.
You’re excited by building, not maintaining.
