Remote | Full-time | Reports to SVP of Marketing
ACI Learning is looking for an Ecommerce Growth Marketing Manager who knows what it actually means to own revenue. Not pipeline. Not MQLs. Revenue.
This role sits at the center of how we grow our direct-to-consumer eComm business, serving small business owners, IT team leads, individual learners, and office managers investing in cybersecurity and IT skills. There's no sales team to hand off to. You build the funnel, run the campaigns, and move buyers from first touch to purchase. The results land on you, and you're okay with that.
If you've built demand gen programs from scratch, spent real budget on Google and Meta with accountability for what it produced, and worked in an environment where your output-to-headcount ratio mattered, this role will feel familiar in the best way.
This role is accountable for eComm revenue, not leads, not MQLs, not pipeline. If you can't speak to the dollar value of campaigns you've run and the revenue you've driven, this isn't the right role. That's not a qualifier buried in the fine print. It's the whole job.
This role carries direct revenue responsibility. These aren't activity metrics. They're the outcomes we'll hold ourselves accountable to, together.
ACI Learning is your tech-enabled partner for cybersecurity, IT, and beyond. Whether you're building your career or strengthening your team, we deliver hands-on training — online, in-person, or hybrid — that leads to real-world skills and measurable results.
At ACI Learning, we offer a competitive, experience-driven salary range that aligns with your qualifications and contributions. To that end, the posted salary range reflects our most reasonable assumption of pay for this position at the time of posting.
Pay range$100,000—$120,000 USDFor Full-Time, Benefits Eligible Positions
Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage—starting the 1st of the month after your hire date.
Four weeks of paid parental or medical leave, so you can focus on what matters most.
Flexible PTO policy, sick time, and eight paid holidays — because we believe in balance.
401(k) retirement plan so you can invest in your future from day one.
One free course each year after 90 days — advancing your skills is part of the job.
Tuition assistance to support your continued education and professional growth.

Step 3
Each angle below starts from a real signal in the posting. The phrase “if this reflects your real experience” matters — don’t invent experience you don’t have.
Angle 01
Paid acquisition angle
If this reflects your real background, emphasize: paid channel ownership and budget trade-offs, testing velocity on creative and landing pages, and how you measured CAC, ROAS, or pipeline impact

Marketing ops angle
If this reflects your real background, emphasize: systems ownership (CRM, CDP, automation), data quality, attribution, and reporting, and stakeholder workflows and dashboards
Why we suggest this: posting mentions marketing ops / analytics and attribution.
Keyword stuffing, fabricated bullets, or borrowed metrics tend to backfire in the first screen. Use these as a checklist, not a script.
