Growth stack
Use this posting to prepare
Each subsection below is grounded in something the posting or the role fields actually say. Use them as prompts — not as finished resume copy.
Step 1
Terms in the actual posting. Use these only where they match your real experience.
Step 2
Worth raising before applying or in the first recruiter conversation.
01How is success measured for this role?
Why ask this: Useful when the posting doesn't name success metrics. Triggered by the posting’s mention of baseline (always asked when metrics are missing).
02Which channels own the largest part of the growth or pipeline target today?
Why ask this: Triggered when paid search or paid social signals appear in the posting. Triggered by the posting’s mention of paid acquisition / demand gen signals.
03Which systems and attribution models are considered the source of truth?
Why ask this: Triggered when marketing ops, attribution, or analytics tooling is named. Triggered by the posting’s mention of marketing ops / analytics tooling.
04How is the relationship between paid acquisition and lifecycle structured?
Why ask this: Triggered when both paid and lifecycle signals appear. Triggered by the posting’s mention of both paid and lifecycle signals.

Step 3
Each angle below starts from a real signal in the posting. The phrase “if this reflects your real experience” matters — don’t invent experience you don’t have.
Angle 01
Lifecycle / CRM angle
If this reflects your real background, emphasize: segmentation and lifecycle journeys, CRM tooling and journey orchestration, and retention, activation, and reactivation impact
Why we suggest this: posting mentions lifecycle / email / crm.
Angle 02
ABM / partner angle
If this reflects your real background, emphasize: account selection and tiering, 1:1 campaigns and field events, and working closely with sales / channel
Why we suggest this: posting mentions partner / field marketing.
Keyword stuffing, fabricated bullets, or borrowed metrics tend to backfire in the first screen. Use these as a checklist, not a script.

Original employer description
Reproduced verbatim from the employer. Verify everything in this brief against the source text below.
Endor Labs is building the Application Security platform for the software development revolution. Modern software is complex and dependency-rich, making it increasingly difficult to pinpoint the risks that truly matter. Endor Labs solves this challenge by building a call graph of your entire software estate—enabling teams to clearly identify, prioritize, and fix critical risks faster.
Trusted by companies that are one or one hundred years old, Endor Labs secures code whether it was written by humans or AI, and whether it's 40-year old C++ code or cutting edge Bazel Monorepos. Endor Labs was founded by serial entrepreneurs Varun Badhwar and Dimitri Stiliadis, and is backed by leading VC firms such as Dell Technology Capital, Lightspeed, and Sierra Ventures.
Sound interesting? Let's talk if you want to be part of the next big leap in security innovation!
You're a creative event marketer who knows how to make a brand impossible to ignore. Whether it's a packed trade show floor, a developer meetup, or a community hackathon, you design experiences that people leave talking about. You bring 5+ years of hands-on event experience, a knack for vendor negotiation and the kind of outside-the-box thinking that cuts through a noisy industry. You embrace AI to work smarter, and you're happy to travel up to 40% of the time including internationally to bring it all to life.
We're building at the intersection of developer productivity and security — one of the fastest-growing spaces in software. Our dev-loved platform has real ROI, strong momentum, and customers who care about doing things right.
At Endor Labs, we think big, start small, and learn fast. We take ownership, move with purpose, and always start with the customer's success. We debate with data, make the complex simple, and challenge each other with kindness and candor. We celebrate wins, learn from misses, and have fun along the way — because when our customers win, we all win.
Endor Labs is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees. Even if you don't fit every requirement above, we believe in the power of diverse perspectives and experiences, so we encourage all talented individuals to apply—there's no one-size-fits-all here.
