Use this posting to prepare
Each subsection below is grounded in something the posting or the role fields actually say. Use them as prompts — not as finished resume copy.
Step 1
Terms in the actual posting. Use these only where they match your real experience.
Step 2
Worth raising before applying or in the first recruiter conversation.
01Which channels own the largest part of the growth or pipeline target today?
Why ask this: Triggered when paid search or paid social signals appear in the posting. Triggered by the posting’s mention of paid acquisition / demand gen signals.
02Which systems and attribution models are considered the source of truth?
Why ask this: Triggered when marketing ops, attribution, or analytics tooling is named. Triggered by the posting’s mention of marketing ops / analytics tooling.
03Which partners, channels, or events most directly fill the pipeline today?
Why ask this: Triggered when partner or field marketing signals appear. Triggered by the posting’s mention of partner / field marketing signals.
Step 3
Each angle below starts from a real signal in the posting. The phrase “if this reflects your real experience” matters — don’t invent experience you don’t have.
Angle 01
ABM / partner angle
If this reflects your real background, emphasize: account selection and tiering, 1:1 campaigns and field events, and working closely with sales / channel
Why we suggest this: posting mentions abm and partner / field marketing.
Keyword stuffing, fabricated bullets, or borrowed metrics tend to backfire in the first screen. Use these as a checklist, not a script.

Original employer description
Reproduced verbatim from the employer. Verify everything in this brief against the source text below.
Nooks is an applied AI lab building the Agent Workspace for GTM. We design AI agents that operate across the full sales action set, from account strategy to prospect research and outreach. Building 0→1 has never been easier, but selling at the speed of the market remains the last frontier for AI. Our mission is to 10x every seller by automating the busywork so they can focus on what humans do best: closing deals.
Today, over 1,500 customers run on Nooks, including Notion, HubSpot, Cursor, and Rippling. We’ve raised $70M+ from top VCs like Kleiner Perkins, which made its first sales-tech investment in over a decade with us. Since then, we’ve tripled ARR each year for 3 years running and grown a high-caliber team turning the art of sales into a scalable science.
About the Role:
We're looking for a Head of Field & Executive Marketing to build and lead a modern field marketing function that helps drive enterprise growth.
This is a strategic growth role focused on how Nooks builds meaningful relationships in person throughout the customer journey - from first introductions with enterprise prospects to executive engagement, customer advocacy, and community building.
You'll define Nooks' annual portfolio of tentpole moments and high-touch programs - deciding where we lead, where we participate, and where we intentionally stay away. Every investment should have a clear purpose, whether that's building enterprise credibility, generating pipeline, accelerating strategic deals, deepening customer relationships, or strengthening our community.
We're looking for someone who thinks like a growth marketer, acts like an experience designer, and makes investment decisions like a portfolio manager. You understand that not every event deserves our presence, and that the most successful field marketing organizations create fewer, more intentional experiences with greater business impact.
You'll lead a small but growing team while partnering closely with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and our executive team to build the foundation for a world-class Field & Executive Marketing organization.
What You'll Do:
Develop our field & executive marketing strategy
Define the strategy for how Nooks uses high-touch experiences to drive awareness, pipeline, customer engagement, and enterprise growth
Build the right portfolio of first-party programs, executive engagement, account-based experiences, community initiatives, and strategic third-party investments
Make thoughtful investment decisions based on business impact, audience fit, and strategic priorities vs. tradition or industry convention
Ensure every program has a clear business objective and measurable success criteria
Build enterprise relationships
Partner closely with Sales to develop account-based marketing programs that create meaningful engagement with enterprise prospects and buying committees
Design executive engagement strategies that deepen relationships with senior Revenue, Sales, and RevOps leaders
Create high-touch experiences that build trust, accelerate buying decisions, and strengthen long-term customer relationships
Create unforgettable brand experiences
Develop premium experiences that reflect the quality and ambition of the Nooks brand
Design immersive executive gatherings, customer experiences, hospitality programs, and flagship moments that attendees remember long after they're over
Raise the creative bar for how Nooks brings customers, prospects, partners, and industry leaders together
Grow our customer community
Expand engagement with our passionate SDR community while creating new opportunities to connect with enterprise decision makers
Develop the vision for a flagship annual Nooks customer conference or executive summit that becomes a must-attend event for the industry
Partner with Customer Success and Community Marketing to strengthen advocacy, customer engagement, and peer-to-peer connections
Drive measurable business impact
Partner closely with Demand Generation and Sales to create programs that generate new pipeline, accelerate active opportunities, and support customer expansion
Develop measurement frameworks that evaluate success across awareness, pipeline creation, pipeline acceleration, executive engagement, customer expansion, and community growth
Continuously optimize our portfolio based on performance, customer feedback, and evolving business priorities
Build the foundation
Lead and mentor a growing Field & Executive Marketing team
Build the operating model, planning processes, agency partnerships, and playbooks that enable the function to scale
Continuously experiment with new formats, technologies, and engagement strategies that differentiate Nooks in the market
What You Bring:
8+ years of experience in Field Marketing, Executive Marketing, Account-Based Marketing, Strategic Events, or related B2B growth marketing roles
Proven ability to develop field marketing strategies that drive measurable business outcomes, not just execute events
Strong understanding of enterprise buying motions and how in-person engagement can build trust, influence buying committees, and accelerate revenue
Experience partnering closely with Sales on account-based marketing and executive engagement strategies
Exceptional taste and attention to detail, with a passion for creating premium customer and executive experiences
Strong business acumen with the ability to make thoughtful investment decisions and align programs to measurable business outcomes
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership
Excellent operational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex programs simultaneously
A creative builder who enjoys designing new playbooks, testing new ideas, and continuously raising the bar
