STNDRD combines a comprehensive training app, elite 1-on-1 coaching, and telehealth services. Our goal is to empower people to take control of their physical and mental well-being through personalized solutions and expert guidance.
STNDRD is looking for a Director of Marketing / Head of Growth to build and scale our acquisition and marketing engine.
You’ll own the strategy and performance behind how millions of people discover and engage with STNDRD.
This role combines performance marketing, creative leadership, and brand strategy. You will lead the systems, team, and experimentation required to scale user acquisition while maintaining a strong and authentic brand.
You will work directly with leadership to drive measurable growth across the STNDRD ecosystem.
Build and execute the growth strategy for STNDRD’s training app, coaching, and telehealth services
Drive scalable user acquisition across paid media, creators, content, and emerging channels
Identify new growth opportunities and test new acquisition strategies
Build repeatable systems that create predictable growth
Own and scale paid media across:
Meta
TikTok
YouTube
Manage marketing budgets and allocate spend based on performance
Build reporting frameworks and dashboards for performance tracking
Optimize campaigns against key metrics including CAC, LTV, ROAS, and payback period
Lead the creative strategy behind all paid and growth marketing
Manage and mentor the in-house creative team (designers and editors)
Establish a rapid experimentation and testing culture
Identify winning creative concepts and scale them quickly
Ensure consistent and compelling brand storytelling across all channels
Leverage athlete storytelling, fitness education, and creator partnerships
Help build an engaged STNDRD community through authentic content
