About the Role
Study.com is seeking a hands-on, execution-driven Lifecycle Marketing Manager to build and scale consumer customer journeys that drive new members, retention, and long-term value. This is a rare opportunity to evolve an email and SMS lifecycle function from the ground up with an AI-first architecture—backed by dedicated AI technical resources, a modern data stack, and a team that moves fast. If you've already built AI-enhanced lifecycle programs and are ready to take that work to the next level—with real infrastructure, real scale, and real impact—this role was designed for you.
This role is based in our Mountain View, CA office and is hybrid in office Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
