Your daily tasks:
Design, plan, and execute daily events and promotional initiatives aimed at driving growth across key business KPIs, in close collaboration with Product and Producer/Host teams
Evaluate and continuously improve event performance, sales content, messaging, and in-game economy; take full ownership of campaign outcomes and monitor results in real time
Oversee daily promotional operations and conduct ongoing optimization to maximize monetization performance
Work closely with design and product teams to deliver monthly events and promotions across all supported game platforms
Prepare and present performance reports to senior leadership, highlighting wins, challenges, key insights, and actionable recommendations for future monetization improvements
Partner with game designers to develop new features and live experiences that enhance player engagement and lifetime value (LTV)
Take responsibility for monetization-related KPIs and ensure consistent progress toward business growth objectives
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a gaming company within a monetization-focused role (e.g., In-Game Monetization Manager, Product Manager, Marketing Manager)
Strong understanding of Monetization and LiveOps, including free-to-play game economies and pricing strategies
Excellent analytical abilities with a proven track record of identifying problems, proposing effective solutions, and driving continuous improvement through data
Solid understanding of game KPIs and business metrics; curious mindset with strong business intuition
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into clear technical or product requirements; fluent written and spoken English
Highly collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills; proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently
Creative thinker who can approach challenges from new angles and develop simple, effective proof-of-concept solutions
