As Marketing Director you will lead Techland’s global marketing function, shaping how our games are positioned, launched, and supported throughout their lifecycle. In this role you will be responsible for building marketing strategies that strengthen our brands, grow player communities, and deliver commercial results across key markets.
As part of the publishing leadership team, you will work closely with Product, Publishing, Creative, and Development teams to bring our games to market, support long-term franchise growth, and continue evolving Techland’s publishing capabilities.
Your daily tasks:
Setting the overall marketing direction for Techland’s games across brand, communications, user acquisition, and performance marketing.
Developing clear marketing plans and processes that support effective execution across teams and projects.
Working with Product, Publishing, and Creative teams to define positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans.
Leading global marketing campaigns from announcement through launch and post-launch support.
Defining success metrics and regularly reviewing campaign performance to improve results.
Overseeing the creation of marketing materials, including trailers, key art, digital campaigns, social content, and promotional assets.
Managing and developing teams across Brand, Communications, User Acquisition, and Creative Production.
Planning and managing marketing budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and investments deliver value.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with agencies, platform partners, media outlets, and other external partners.
Monitoring industry trends, audience behaviour, and emerging channels to identify new opportunities.
10+ years of marketing experience in a senior leadership role, ideally in AAA games.
Experience leading large-scale international marketing campaigns from planning through execution.
Strong understanding of brand marketing, digital marketing, performance marketing, and user acquisition.
Proven experience managing and developing multidisciplinary marketing teams.
Ability to balance long-term brand building with short-term commercial objectives.
Good understanding of digital media, social platforms, influencer marketing, and paid advertising.
Comfortable working with data and using insights to inform decisions and improve performance.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience managing significant marketing budgets and multiple concurrent projects.
Fluent in English; Polish or additional languages would be an advantage.
