Use this posting to prepare
Each subsection below is grounded in something the posting or the role fields actually say. Use them as prompts — not as finished resume copy.

Angle 01
Lifecycle / CRM angle
If this reflects your real background, emphasize: segmentation and lifecycle journeys, CRM tooling and journey orchestration, and retention, activation, and reactivation impact
Why we suggest this: posting mentions lifecycle / email / crm.
Keyword stuffing, fabricated bullets, or borrowed metrics tend to backfire in the first screen. Use these as a checklist, not a script.

Original employer description
Reproduced verbatim from the employer. Verify everything in this brief against the source text below.
Kepler’s Marketing team is responsible for shaping how Kepler shows up in the global marketing industry. This team drives the presence of Kepler as a modern growth partner through thought leadership, content, product and capabilities storytelling, events, media relations, awards, owned channels, and executive presence.
The team’s mission is to help generate business growth by elevating the visibility, credibility, and relevance of Kepler in market. This includes communicating Kepler’s point of view on the evolving advertising landscape, highlighting innovation across capabilities and products, and reinforcing Kepler’s position as a leading organization to work with and work for.
This is a highly collaborative, cross functional team that partners closely with leadership, client teams, product leaders, business development, and PR partners to surface the right stories, shape industry POVs, and activate Kepler’s presence across channels and moments that matter.
The Marketing Director will play a critical role in shaping how Kepler shows up as an innovator in the marketing industry. This is a hands on leadership role for a thought leader who understands the industry, can help formulate compelling points of view, and can translate those perspectives into high impact content, storytelling, executive presence, PR narratives, awards, and moments in market.
This role will not sit in isolation, but will help accelerate Kepler’s presence forward by working closely with leadership and cross functional partners to identify what matters internally and externally, shape POVs on Kepler’s capabilities and industry shifts, and ensure those stories show up consistently and credibly across channels.
The Marketing Director operates cross-functionally, leads with clarity, and executes with passion for the brand. This is not a delegation-heavy, project management leadership role that merely operates as an executor of senior guidance and priorities. You will personally drive initiatives forward, contribute to content and POV development, push new projects into motion, and lead the team with vision while staying close to the work. As Kepler has seen remarkable success in recent years, you are joining a high-performing marketing team and building on strong momentum to continue elevating Kepler’s voice in the industry.
This is not a role for someone who wants to oversee a large, established marketing engine from a distance. You are joining a high performing team with strong momentum and will be expected to be hands on, visible, and actively shaping Kepler’s presence in the industry.
