Department: Marketing
Reports To: Organic Growth Manager
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $117,000-$130,000
About the Role:
tastytrade's website is one of our most important acquisition tools and we're looking for an Organic Growth Manager who treats it that way. You'll own the strategy behind how traders find us through search, both traditional and AI-driven, and you'll be the person in the room who can say, with data, whether the site is actually working as a growth channel or just sitting there. You'll lead the organic team, set the KPIs that matter, and turn search and content performance into real traffic, rankings, and pipeline — not vanity metrics.
What You'll Do:
Who You Are:
Why This Role Matters:
Most of the company’s revenue comes from a small core of high-value, experienced traders, and the strongest channels for reaching them are the ones we own and earn, not the ones we buy. That makes this role the lever. Get the message right, ship it fast, keep it compliant, and the whole engine works better. This is where brand stops being decoration and becomes the thing that compounds.

Step 2
Worth raising before applying or in the first recruiter conversation.
01Who owns landing page testing, analytics implementation, and shipping decisions?
Why ask this: Triggered when CRO, experimentation, or website signals appear. Triggered by the posting’s mention of website / cro signals.
02What's the team's experimentation cadence and how are winning experiments shipped?
Why ask this: Triggered when A/B testing or experimentation language appears. Triggered by the posting’s mention of experimentation / a/b test signals.
Step 3
Each angle below starts from a real signal in the posting. The phrase “if this reflects your real experience” matters — don’t invent experience you don’t have.
Angle 01
Web / CRO angle
If this reflects your real background, emphasize: experimentation cadence and analytics, on-site conversion wins, and collaboration with design and product teams
Why we suggest this: posting mentions website / cro.
Angle 02
Analytics / reporting angle
If this reflects your real background, emphasize: data warehouse access and tooling stack, metric definitions and reporting cadence, and attribution and forecasting accuracy
Why we suggest this: posting mentions reporting & forecasting.
Angle 03
SEO / organic angle
If this reflects your real background, emphasize: technical SEO and content production, organic traffic and pipeline contribution, and tools (Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush)
Why we suggest this: posting mentions seo / content.
Keyword stuffing, fabricated bullets, or borrowed metrics tend to backfire in the first screen. Use these as a checklist, not a script.
