We are seeking a proactive, dynamic, and strategic Performance Marketing Manager, Single Family Offices to join our marketing team. This role is responsible for expanding our continuing to drive growth and pipeline success of the Single Family Office (SFO) segment at Addepar through data-driven performance marketing strategies and highly targeted acquisition campaigns. As the owner of the SFO performance marketing motion, you will build, scale, and manage multi-channel demand generation and account-based marketing (ABM) efforts specifically tailored to this highly sophisticated audience.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in B2B performance marketing, deep experience in the wealth management, family office, or financial technology industries, and a proven track record of developing a robust pipeline of high-value opportunities. You are highly comfortable operating in ambiguity, taking the lead with minimal input from your manager, and excel at managing expectations to maintain a delicate balance between supporting sales priorities and delivering measurable results for the business.
Addepar takes a market-based approach to pay. A successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on the role, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.
The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target base salary for roles in Colorado, California, and New York. The current range for this role is $94,000 - $148,000 (base salary) + bonus + equity + benefits.
Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. Additionally, these ranges reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without requiring current or future visa sponsorship (for example, employment-based visas such as H-1B, F-1/OPT, or similar), and must be authorized to begin work in the U.S. on their first day of employment.

Please be aware that no job offers will be made from Addepar without a formal interview process.
