Key responsibilities
Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta — owning briefs, copy, and creatives end-to-end.
Monitor daily performance, manage budgets and pacing, and run A/B tests to continuously optimise results.
Track and report on core metrics (CPC, CPL, CAC, ROAS), build dashboards, and support attribution modelling across the funnel.
Work with design and content teams to develop and iterate on landing pages, lead magnets and marketing assets ensuring ad-to-page message consistency.
Test new channels (like TikTok and programmatic) and audience segments, set up new campaigns, and localise activities in ES markets.
Collaborate with PMM, sales, and the performance lead to keep campaigns aligned with product launches and lead quality goals.
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, paid media, or digital marketing — agency or in-house.
Hands-on experience managing campaigns on at least one major platform (Google Ads, LinkedIn, or Meta), with a solid grasp of core metrics (CPC, CPL, CAC, ROAS).
Data-driven mindset with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus. SEO fundamentals is nice to have.
Knowledge of marketing automations and AI tools is mandatory (Zapier, Claude Code, MCPs…)
Experience in B2B SaaS, legal tech, or across Southern European markets is a plus.
Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable operating with autonomy in a fast-paced startup environment.
Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish (Catalan, Italian or German is a strong plus).
