Original employer description

Location: Hybrid, out of our Chelsea, NYC office; in-office Monday through Thursday, with Fridays remote.
The US healthcare system is complex, error-prone, and financially draining. Medical bills and insurance coverage shouldn't be this hard to navigate. At Granted, we're building the one solution every American can turn to for help.
Thanks to AI and new regulations, Granted can fight claim denials, correct billing errors, negotiate bills, and make coverage easier to understand β saving people time, money, and stress. Our goal is simple: to be the #1 platform that empowers all Americans to take charge of their healthcare.
Founded by a former Oscar Health leader, we're a seed-stage company with $17M in funding. We're lucky to be backed by the founders and investors at Hugging Face, Rocket Money, Oscar Health, CaseText, Forerunner Ventures, RRE Ventures, and more. We are well-funded for the next few years.
Granted lowers people's healthcare costs and cuts down on admin and stress. We're building the AI-native patient financial OS β the first purpose-built company working entirely on the user's side of the healthcare system, unequivocally advocating for consumers.
The hook is bill lowering. People come to us when they have a bill they can't afford or don't understand. Granted checks it β catches errors, overcharges and denials, secures financial assistance, and negotiates with providers. That earns us the right to be connected to their insurance and their patient data, and from there Granted runs in the background, proactively monitoring every bill to help patients lower and pay what they owe.
We're early-PMF: ~25 people, seed-stage, and the product is starting to work, with strong early signals that we can distribute it at scale and efficiently. The open question we're working to answer right now is for whom, at what unit economics, and at what scale β and that shapes this role. This isn't a job of maintaining a proven playbook; it's building the launch, site, and lifecycle motion alongside a product and market that are both still being figured out.
This role owns everything that happens the moment a product or feature is ready to meet the world: the launch narrative, the GTM plan, the marketing site and landing pages, and the CRM/lifecycle motion that turns a visitor into an activated user. You'll report to the Head of Marketing, who owns the upstream engine β paid media, organic, marketing analytics, budget, research, and B2B/partnerships. You own what happens once someone lands on our site or is in our funnel.
This is a builder's seat, not a coordinator's seat. You'll work closely with Product and Engineering to know what's coming, and with the Head of Marketing to make sure your launches and lifecycle work are pulling in the same direction as the broader growth engine β and you'll need to be comfortable with the launch story and the ICP both shifting as we learn.
Own launch GTM end-to-end β positioning, messaging, launch plans, and cross-functional coordination for every major product and feature release
Own the LP / marketing site β page strategy, copy, conversion optimization, and ongoing iteration based on what's actually converting
Own CRM and lifecycle marketing β onboarding flows, activation nudges, retention and win-back sequences, and segmentation logic
Partner directly with Product and Engineering to build launch calendars and make sure marketing is never the reason a release slips or lands flat
Translate product capabilities into a narrative that resonates with someone who is stressed, confused, and looking for help β not a features list
Build repeatable playbooks for launches and lifecycle campaigns so quality doesn't depend on reinventing the process each time
Work with the Head of Marketing to align launch and lifecycle work with paid, organic, and partnership motions β same story, same moment, different channels
Define and track the metrics that matter for your surfaces β site conversion, activation rate, lifecycle engagement β and use them to prioritize your own roadmap
Must-haves:
4+ years in product marketing, with direct ownership of launches, site/LP performance, or lifecycle marketing at a consumer or B2B2C company
A track record of shipping launches that moved a real metric β not just a launch doc that looked good
Strong writing instincts β you can turn a complex product into a message a stressed, non-expert consumer immediately understands
Comfort owning a CRM/lifecycle tool (e.g. Customer.io) hands-on
Experience working directly with Product and Engineering on launch timing and scope
Comfort operating with minimal process β you build the playbook as you go rather than waiting for one
Nice-to-haves:
Background in healthcare, insurance, fintech, or other regulated consumer domains
Experience at a seed/Series A company where you were the first dedicated product marketing hire
Hands-on experience with landing page tools and basic conversion testing
Familiarity with AI-powered or agentic products and how to talk about them credibly
You get energy from owning the moment a product goes from "built" to "understood and used"
You're comfortable being the one who writes the launch doc, the LP copy, and the lifecycle email β not just the one who reviews them
You want a role with a clear, defensible scope early, with room to grow into owning more of the growth engine as the team scales
You care about the same problem Granted is solving β helping people who are stressed and overwhelmed feel like someone's actually on their side
Apply before August 22, 2026.
