Keyword stuffing, fabricated bullets, or borrowed metrics tend to backfire in the first screen. Use these as a checklist, not a script.

Original employer description
Reproduced verbatim from the employer. Verify everything in this brief against the source text below.
Most paid media roles ask you to be a hand on the keyboard or a strategist on the call. Rarely both.
This one needs both.
You'll own paid media end-to-end for a roster of brands that take performance seriously. Strategy, channel mix, builds, optimisation, reporting, and the calls where you explain what the numbers actually mean. The client knows your name. You know their business. The work moves because of that relationship.
You'll lead paid media strategy across every channel that matters: audience planning, budget allocation, funnel design, and campaign architecture. You'll take a client brief and turn it into a media plan that holds up under pressure. Then you'll build it, ship it, and stay on the controls.
That means hands-on setup and trafficking across Meta, Google, TikTok, and whatever else the plan calls for. Pacing, bid strategy, creative iteration, and the kind of quality assurance that catches the issue before the client does. You own performance, not just oversight.
You'll also be the client's primary contact. Performance calls, written updates, the moment when a flat week needs a clear explanation and a sharper plan. Translating data into decisions is most of the job.
Reporting sits with you too. Build the dashboards, set the cadence, deliver the insight. Track against KPIs and benchmarks, and recommend what to do next. Funnel.io, Looker Studio, Tableau, Agency Analytics — whichever stack the work demands.
4+ years of hands-on paid media experience in an agency or performance environment
Deep TikTok Ads expertise — campaign types, creative formats, auction dynamics. This is the non-negotiable.
Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, YouTube)
Proven experience with Lead Generation campaigns (lead forms, landing page funnels) and App Install / App Event campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google
Comfortable managing six-figure monthly budgets
A track record of leading client relationships with confidence
Proficiency in at least one reporting platform (Funnel.io, Looker Studio, Tableau, Agency Analytics, or similar)
Highly organised, proactive, and able to run multiple accounts without dropping the thread
LinkedIn Ads experience is strongly preferred
Website and pixel tracking: tag setup, event tracking, GA4, GTM
Server-side tracking: Conversions API, GTM server-side
Mobile app tracking and MMPs: Adjust, AppsFlyer, Branch
CRO: A/B testing, landing page optimisation
We're a tight-knit team of creative, data-driven people building services with some of the largest brands in the world. The work is real, the clients are tier-one, and the culture is built on three things: autonomy, transparency, and high performance. If you need to be managed into doing good work, this won't be the fit. If you've been waiting for the environment to do your best work in, it might be.
You'll work alongside people who are genuinely good at what they do, on accounts where the decisions you make show up in the numbers the same week.
Fully remote. Work from anywhere that works for you.
Flexible hours. We care about outcomes, not optics.
Unlimited time off and sick days. Take what you need. Come back better.
Real room to grow. Fast-growing agency, fast-growing scope.
If this sounds like the role you've been looking for, we'd like to hear from you.
Apply before August 22, 2026.
