As our Senior Partner Marketing Manager, you'll be the architect of our partner marketing ecosystem in APJ. You'll design and execute strategies that transform partnerships into powerful revenue engines, creating scalable programs that drive mutual success for UiPath and our partners.
Partner Program Development
Design and execute comprehensive partner marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and partner tiers working with Partner team
Develop partner marketing toolkits and enablement materials
Create scalable co-marketing programs that drive partner activation and revenue
Build and manage partner marketing campaigns across the partner lifecycle
Co-Marketing & Campaign Execution
Collaborate with strategic partners to develop joint value propositions and go-to-market strategies
Plan and execute co-branded campaigns including webinars, events, content, etc.
Coordinate joint solution launches and partner announcements
Manage Marketing Development Funds (MDF) programs and partner marketing budgets
Drive partner participation in UiPath marketing programs and events including sponsorships, booths, conferences, etc.
Partner Enablement & Communication:
Create partner-facing marketing content, sales tools, and competitive positioning materials
Educate partners on UiPath messaging, value propositions, and campaign best practices
Build and maintain partner marketing portal with on-demand resources
Establish regular communication cadence with partner marketing teams
Conduct partner marketing workshops and enablement sessions
Performance Management & Analytics:
Define KPIs and success metrics for partner marketing programs
Track and report on partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and revenue
Analyze program effectiveness and ROI to optimize investment and strategy
Provide regular business reviews with key partners on marketing performance
Leverage data and insights to continuously improve partner engagement
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Align with Partner team on partner priorities and entitlements
Work with Product Marketing to ensure partner messaging aligns with product strategy
Collaborate with Field Marketing on regional partner events and activities
Coordinate with Marketing Operations on lead routing, attribution, and reporting
10-15 years of B2B marketing experience with at least 10 years in partner, channel, or alliance marketing
Proven track record of building and scaling successful partner marketing programs in enterprise technology
Deep understanding of partner ecosystems including GSIs, technology alliances, and channel partners
Experience managing MDF programs and co-marketing budgets
Experience on scaling efforts with AI workflows and tools
Strong relationship-building skills with ability to influence partner organizations
Excellent project management capabilities with ability to manage multiple partner relationships simultaneously
Experience with marketing automation platforms (Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM systems (Salesforce)
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the automation, AI, cloud, or enterprise software industry
Knowledge of partner program structures (Gold/Silver/Bronze tiers, specializations, certifications)
Familiarity with partner relationship management (PRM) platforms
Experience with global partner programs and international marketing
Understanding of partner compensation models and incentive structures
MBA or advanced degree
