Growth stack
Use this posting to prepare
Each subsection below is grounded in something the posting or the role fields actually say. Use them as prompts — not as finished resume copy.
Step 1
Terms in the actual posting. Use these only where they match your real experience.
Step 2
Worth raising before applying or in the first recruiter conversation.
01Which systems and attribution models are considered the source of truth?
Why ask this: Triggered when marketing ops, attribution, or analytics tooling is named. Triggered by the posting’s mention of marketing ops / analytics tooling.
02How is the ICP / persona work structured between product marketing and sales?
Why ask this: Triggered when product marketing or sales enablement signals appear. Triggered by the posting’s mention of product marketing / enablement signals.
Step 3
Each angle below starts from a real signal in the posting. The phrase “if this reflects your real experience” matters — don’t invent experience you don’t have.
Angle 01
Marketing ops angle
If this reflects your real background, emphasize: systems ownership (CRM, CDP, automation), data quality, attribution, and reporting, and stakeholder workflows and dashboards
Why we suggest this: posting mentions marketing ops / analytics and attribution.
Angle 02
Analytics / reporting angle
If this reflects your real background, emphasize: data warehouse access and tooling stack, metric definitions and reporting cadence, and attribution and forecasting accuracy
Why we suggest this: posting mentions mixpanel and attribution.
Keyword stuffing, fabricated bullets, or borrowed metrics tend to backfire in the first screen. Use these as a checklist, not a script.

Original employer description
Reproduced verbatim from the employer. Verify everything in this brief against the source text below.
Ruby Labs is a leading technology company specialising in innovative consumer products across multiple technology sectors. The company focuses on D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) subscription products. Our innovative teams are driving the future of consumer-led products, and we're always looking for passionate individuals to join us. Learn more about our story at: https://rubylabs.com/about-us/
We are looking for a Senior User Acquisition Manager to launch and own Brazil for one of our core D2C subscription products. We are not present in Brazil yet — you will open the market from zero and own everything that follows: our presence and subscription volume across all paid sources, local ad networks alike. The goal is explicit: take Brazil from launch to a seven-figure monthly budget.
This is a hands-on role suited for someone who has already launched or scaled Brazil at large scale and deeply understands the Brazilian audience and advertising landscape. You are expected to make independent, data-driven decisions, present a clear weekly country strategy, and deliver consistent, predictable growth — performance instability and unresolved issues are not acceptable. The bar is high and so is the upside — performance here is directly and significantly rewarded, and strong operators take on bigger scope fast.
Launch Brazil as a new market and own its subscription volume and growth targets across all paid sources.
Define and execute the country strategy — channels, audiences, creatives, and measurement — scaling to a seven-figure monthly budget.
Own budget allocation across channels, ensuring efficient CAC and positive ROAS.
Prepare and present a clear weekly country strategy with results and next steps.
Run and optimise campaigns across global platforms active in Brazil.
Identify, test, and scale Brazilian local ad networks and traffic sources beyond the global platforms.
Own relationships with local platforms and vendors that move the country's volume.
Use deep knowledge of the Brazilian audience to define angles, offers, and creative briefs.
Work closely with the creative team to produce Brazil-specific creatives in language, culture, and format.
Continuously test and iterate localised creatives and messaging based on performance.
Build custom performance models, analyses, and reporting in Excel, Tableau, and Mixpanel.
Drive efficient CAC and positive ROAS with growth plans grounded in LTV:CAC and ARPU.
Partner with the data team to apply attribution insights to country-level scaling decisions.
3+ years of hands-on paid user acquisition for D2C subscription products (web-to-web).
Proven track record launching and scaling Brazil as a market, with ownership of country-level targets and results.
Experience managing $100k+ in monthly ad spend with clear ROI accountability.
Hands-on experience with Brazilian local ad networks and traffic sources beyond the global platforms.
Deep knowledge of the Brazilian audience — segments, messaging, and creative codes that convert.
Fluent Brazilian Portuguese plus working English for stakeholder communication.
Advanced Excel skills plus proficiency in Tableau and Mixpanel — you build your own performance models and frameworks.
Results-driven with full accountability for the country's performance, regardless of source mix.
Highly analytical — every budget, scaling, and kill decision is grounded in data, not intuition alone.
Autonomous and proactive — runs the market with minimal oversight and surfaces opportunities before being asked.
Fast under load — runs multiple channels, tests, and reporting streams in parallel without letting quality slip.
Clear, direct communicator — presents country strategy, results, and recommendations to stakeholders.
