Use this posting to prepare

Step 3
Each angle below starts from a real signal in the posting. The phrase “if this reflects your real experience” matters — don’t invent experience you don’t have.
Angle 01
Lifecycle / CRM angle
If this reflects your real background, emphasize: segmentation and lifecycle journeys, CRM tooling and journey orchestration, and retention, activation, and reactivation impact
Why we suggest this: posting mentions lifecycle / email / crm and retention.
Angle 02
SEO / organic angle
If this reflects your real background, emphasize: technical SEO and content production, organic traffic and pipeline contribution, and tools (Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush)

Keyword stuffing, fabricated bullets, or borrowed metrics tend to backfire in the first screen. Use these as a checklist, not a script.

About the Role:
We’re hiring multiple Senior Growth Marketers to help build and scale our growth marketing function at HighLevel.
This isn’t a single-seat role. We’re intentionally building a team of growth marketers, each owning a specific product area or customer avatar, and working together to drive adoption, activation and expansion across the platform.
Each Growth Marketer will operate like an owner — deeply understanding their audience, identifying friction, and building the systems that help customers succeed at scale.
We’re specifically looking to add:
AI growth lead
Someone who can drive adoption of our AI products by turning complex capabilities into clear, practical use cases and workflows customers can actually implement.
SEO & website growth lead
Someone who understands how agencies and businesses grow through SEO and websites — and can translate that into product adoption, education and scalable growth systems.
Avatar-based growth owners
Marketers who can own a specific customer segment (agencies, home services, coaches, etc.) and drive growth within that ecosystem.
Help your assigned avatar succeed with HighLevel.
You’ll do that by:
Deeply understanding their workflows, pain points, and goals
Creating content and education that drives real product usage
Building relationships within their community
Turning insights into scalable growth systems
Take full ownership of a defined product line or customer segment
Identify friction across onboarding, activation and expansion
Translate insights into clear, measurable growth initiatives
Create practical, actionable resources that help users get value faster:
Playbooks
Courses and trainings
Templates and workflows
Webinars and tutorials
Turn complex product capabilities — especially in AI and SEO — into simple, usable guidance.
Show up where your audience already is
Build relationships with customers, influencers and partners
Turn feedback into product and growth insights
Help users feel supported, seen and successful
Build repeatable frameworks that improve activation and retention
Partner with Product, Support and Customer Success
Focus on compounding impact, not one-off campaigns
Host workshops, trainings and events
Confidently communicate use cases and outcomes
Travel up to 25% for community engagement
Experience building strategy from zero, not just optimizing existing systems
Strong writing skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts
Comfort with public speaking, workshops, and customer-facing environments
Strategic thinking paired with executional excellence
Ability to operate autonomously and create structure where none exists
Analytical mindset with the ability to tie initiatives to measurable growth impact
Comfort influencing cross-functional teams without formal authority
5+ years in growth marketing, product marketing, lifecycle, or product-led growth roles
Familiarity with SaaS platforms, product onboarding patterns, and B2B user journeys.
Comfortable leading initiatives across multiple stakeholders and delivering results without needing formal authority.
High-growth company with a devoted user base and a huge market opportunity
A unique chance to shape not just product marketing, but also education and certification strategy
Collaborative team culture
Smart, passionate colleagues and room to lead
Apply before August 16, 2026.
