As User Acquisition Manager, you will define and implement Joko’s user acquisition strategy across all markets and platforms (mobile app and web). Your goal will be to grow Joko’s user base and maximize user value. You will be part of the Growth department within the Marketing team and report directly to the Head of Growth.
Your responsibilities will be:
Drive strategic thinking in user acquisition: Take part in the broad strategic thinking around how we drive user growth and make the best use of our acquisition budget across all potential levers.
Optimize acquisition profitability and budget allocation: Own and refine the channel mix and investment strategy to maximize the LTV/CAC ratio. Continuously monitor performance and reallocate spend to the most profitable levers.
Manage online paid advertising campaigns: Plan, launch, and ptimize campaigns across channels (Social Media Ads, Ad Networks, Apple Ads, Google etc.). Deep dive into performance data and market practices to identify, test, and implement growth opportunities.
Drive creative excellence: Thoroughly analyze ad performance to derive actionable insights and guide iterations. Partner with our internal Design and Social Media teams, as well as external resources (creators, tools, AI solutions) to continuously test and produce top-performing creatives efficiently.
Maximise our App Stores performance (ASO) through continual benchmarking and testing in order to maximize our visibility and conversion on the app and browser extension stores.
Contribute to building a world-class team of UA experts, by staying up to date with all industry’s latest developments including ads channels’ features and market best practices, and making sure Joko stays ahead of UA innovations
Work hand-in-hand with other teams such as Product, Data and CRM to ensure consistency across the user funnel and coordinate efforts in reaching the company’s growth ambition.
Experience: You have 2y+ successful experience in B2C mobile app paid acquisition and ASO and you fully master user acquisition platforms, tools, and OS technicalities.
Languages: You are a native-level French speaker and are fluent in English both written and spoken.
Communication: You have strong written and verbal communication skills, and you are able to explain something complex with simple words.
Analytical skills: you love solving complex problems and analyzing data to drive actionable insights and initiatives.

Intro call: Quick screening with the Hiring Manager or the Talent team.
Step 1 – Team interview (45 min): Conversation with two Joko team members (could include the Hiring Manager, people from the team you’d join, or colleagues from other teams).
Step 2 – Role-specific assessments
For non-engineering roles: A take-home case study followed by a 45-min interview. We assess both your output and how you think in real time. The exercise will be relevant to your role (e.g. analysis, strategy, or process design).
For engineering roles: A 90-min live technical interview on CoderPad covering code understanding, review, system design, and product thinking (with AI serving as a collaboration tool).
Step 3 – Leadership interview (45 min): Conversation with a SteerCo member and a Founder.
