Use this posting to prepare
Each subsection below is grounded in something the posting or the role fields actually say. Use them as prompts — not as finished resume copy.
Step 1
Terms in the actual posting. Use these only where they match your real experience.
Step 2
Worth raising before applying or in the first recruiter conversation.
01How is success measured for this role?
Why ask this: Useful when the posting doesn't name success metrics. Triggered by the posting’s mention of baseline (always asked when metrics are missing).
02Which systems and attribution models are considered the source of truth?
Why ask this: Triggered when marketing ops, attribution, or analytics tooling is named. Triggered by the posting’s mention of marketing ops / analytics tooling.
03How is the relationship between paid acquisition and lifecycle structured?
Why ask this: Triggered when both paid and lifecycle signals appear. Triggered by the posting’s mention of both paid and lifecycle signals.
04How are retention, activation, and reactivating-lapsed accounts measured?
Why ask this: Triggered when lifecycle or retention signals appear. Triggered by the posting’s mention of lifecycle / retention signals.
Step 3
Each angle below starts from a real signal in the posting. The phrase “if this reflects your real experience” matters — don’t invent experience you don’t have.
Angle 01
Lifecycle / CRM angle
If this reflects your real background, emphasize: segmentation and lifecycle journeys, CRM tooling and journey orchestration, and retention, activation, and reactivation impact
Why we suggest this: posting mentions lifecycle / email / crm.
Angle 02
Analytics / reporting angle
If this reflects your real background, emphasize: data warehouse access and tooling stack, metric definitions and reporting cadence, and attribution and forecasting accuracy
Why we suggest this: posting mentions looker.
Keyword stuffing, fabricated bullets, or borrowed metrics tend to backfire in the first screen. Use these as a checklist, not a script.

Why loveholidays?
At loveholidays - we trailblaze together. We’re on a mission to open the world to everyone, giving our customers’ unlimited choice, unmatched ease and unmissable value for their next getaway. Our team is the driving force behind our role as our customers’ personal holiday expert - the smart way to get away.
We’re using progressive tech to drive cutting-edge innovation and open the world to everyone. Within our Commercial and Support teams, you'll find a place to accelerate your growth by actively seeking learning opportunities and carving your own path. You'll create impact for our future by owning projects and shaping the business strategy to reach shared goals, all within our enhanced international community of collaborative and passionate teams.
The impact you’ll have:
As our CRM Manager, you will be at the forefront of the shift in how we engage with millions of travelers. You’ll be close to the detail of campaign delivery, journey optimisation and performance, while building the skills to take on more ownership over time.
You’ll work closely with the Head of CRM and wider Marketing, Product and Engineering teams to turn clear customer opportunities into well-executed campaigns and journeys. You will have the autonomy to challenge the status quo, moving us away from legacy campaign cycles toward a sophisticated, unified customer engine. You will also operationalise AI-driven workflows and advanced lifecycle orchestration, ensuring every interaction across app, web and marketing channels is seamless and purposeful. We are looking for a reliable, high-velocity operator who can turn ideas into live journeys.
Your day-to-day:
You’ll be building and managing sophisticated, multi-channel automated journeys that utilise branching logic, API triggers, and real-time data.
Act as a change-maker by identifying manual bottlenecks and implementing AI-assisted workflows, using tools like n8n and Codex.
You’ll dive deep into our CRM tools like Braze to find the optimisation opportunities. You are someone who thrives on unpicking the process to make delivery faster, more accurate, and more autonomous.
Provide expert support to the wider team in deploying campaigns. While you'll be building for the future, you’ll also ensure bulletproof execution today through rigorous (yet increasingly automated) QA processes.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering to ensure our workstreams are aligned, creating a frictionless experience from search to rebooking.
You will own the performance of your campaigns. You’ll be comfortable diving into Looker to build your own reports, monitor health metrics, and translate raw data into actionable insights that prove incremental lift.
Your skillset:
You are a self-starter who takes full ownership of the execution lifecycle. You don't just wait for instructions; you identify opportunities and deliver with consistency and precision.
You thrive in a high-growth environment. You have the ability to move from concept to deployment rapidly, maintaining high standards without slowing down.
You are naturally curious and constantly look for ways to evolve processes, replace manual tasks with automation, and improve the status quo.
You aren't afraid of a dashboard. You have experience with Looker, Tableau, or SQL.
Hands-on experience with Braze or similar. You should be comfortable with Liquid logic, audience segmentation and personalisation.
You are comfortable working with data models and propensity scores to drive hyper-relevant segmentation and measure incremental lift.
The ability to work seamlessly across Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to deliver a unified personalised customer journey.
Desirable:
Experience managing CRM across multiple international markets, including handling localisation, consent frameworks, and currency differences within automated journeys
Familiarity with n8n or similar workflow automation tools
Experience writing Liquid logic for content personalisation
Exposure to AI-assisted workflows or agentic tooling
Background in travel, marketplace, or another high-frequency transactional category
The interview journey:
Introduction with a member of the TA team - 20 mins
1st Stage Interview with Head of CRM - 45 mins
A 60-minute session presenting your task to our Head of CRM and VP of Performance Marketing, followed by a 30-minute interview with our People Team member and a Senior Marketing Manager
