Solink is evolving from a direct-sales focus to a hybrid go-to-market model, empowering a global network of resellers, systems integrators (SIs), value-added resellers (VARs), strategic alliances, and ISV partners. Our cloud-based video security and analytics platform combines video, data, and AI to drive operational insights and profitability across industries—from retail and restaurants to logistics and hospitality.
As our Channel Marketing Manager, you'll bridge product marketing, field marketing, and enablement to accelerate partner-led growth. You'll adapt and localize our core messaging and sales collateral for diverse partner audiences, drive co-marketing and co-selling initiatives, manage our Marketplace presence, and build programs that train, certify, and empower our channel ecosystem, including enablement across the different functional groups within our Strategic Alliance and ISV partners. You are a strategic self-starter who thrives in a cross-functional environment and is passionate about partner success.
1. Build Partner-Ready Messaging & Collateral
Collaborate with Product Marketing to adapt Solink's messaging, sales decks, and battle cards for partner use.
Develop customizable templates, playbooks, and co-branded assets tailored to different partner types (resellers, SIs, VARs, Strategic Alliances, ISV Partners).
Create and maintain a living library of partner-ready content to support sales, campaigns, and events.
2. Drive Co-Marketing & Field Campaigns
Lead the planning and execution of joint marketing campaigns with top-tier partners.
Produce monthly partner newsletters and support a regular webinar series.
Collaborate with Channel Account Managers on territory-based field marketing activities, campaigns, and partner demos.
3. Enable & Certify Our Partners
Design and launch a multi-tiered partner certification curriculum (eLearning, virtual workshops, bootcamps).
Develop training modules, videos, and knowledge assessments to drive proficiency.
Track certification progress and correlate to partner performance and sourced revenue.
Drive enablement across the different groups within Strategic Alliances and ISV Partners (e.g., sales, solutions engineering, marketing, and customer success), ensuring each function has the content and training relevant to their role in the partnership.
4. Manage Strategic Alliances, ISV Partnerships & Marketplace
Work closely with Strategic Alliances and ISV Partners to build joint go-to-market plans, messaging, and enablement tailored to their internal teams.
Own and manage Solink's presence on partner and technology Marketplaces, including listings, content updates, and performance tracking.
Coordinate with ISV partners on integration marketing, co-branded assets, and joint solution positioning.
5. Deliver Channel Insights & Optimize Programs
Gather feedback from partners and track engagement to improve programs continuously.
Monitor key metrics such as deal registration, partner-sourced pipeline, and certification completion.
Present quarterly channel marketing reviews to internal stakeholders and leadership.
6. Collaborate Cross-Functionally
Work closely with Sales, Partner Ops, Marketing Ops, PR/Comms, and Demand Gen to align campaigns and messaging.
Support the Partner Council initiative, including content development, communications, and action tracking.
Amplify partner success stories through case studies, social proof, and awards.
Must-Have:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
5+ years of experience in channel, field, or account-based marketing—preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
Strong writer/editor with experience producing both long-form and short-form marketing content.
Experience planning and executing partner events, webinars, and joint campaigns.
Proficiency with marketing analytics and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Excellent project management, cross-functional collaboration, and communication skills.
Nice-to-Have:
Experience building or scaling a partner enablement or certification program.
Experience working with Strategic Alliances, ISV Partners, or managing a Marketplace listing/program.
Familiarity with channel ecosystems in retail, QSR, or physical security tech sectors.
Candidates must undergo a criminal records check upon hire;
Be a Canadian Citizen (dual citizens included), or eligible to work in Canada;
