Adonis is looking for an Event and Field Marketing Manager to join our growing Marketing team.
This person will own and scale one of Adonis’ most important marketing channels: events. First and foremost, this role requires exceptionally strong execution. We are looking for someone who is obsessed with details, anticipates issues before they happen, and can run high-stakes events with precision from planning through follow-up. This is not just an event execution role, but excellence in execution is the baseline. From there, this person will drive strategy, build repeatable systems, and help turn events into a measurable pipeline and brand growth engine.
Events may include trade shows, executive roundtables, customer advisory boards, hosted dinners, partner activations, and other executive or field programs.
What You’ll Do:
Own end-to-end execution and project management of Adonis’ annual event and field marketing portfolio, including trade shows, field events, owned events, executive programs, and partner activations
Ensure tight execution across all event details, including communications, materials, shipping, speaker coordination, attendee experience, and lead capture/follow-up
Design, build, and scale executive-level experiences such as CXO summits, CABs, VIP dinners, and bespoke customer or prospect programs
Build and continuously improve the event operating system across planning, vendor management, logistics, budgets, stakeholder communications, pre-event QA, and post-event retrospectives
Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, PMM, RevOps, and Leadership to ensure events are aligned to pipeline goals, target accounts, and revenue outcomes
Define success for each event and own the follow-through
Proactively identify risks, push work forward with minimal day-to-day direction, and operate with a high bar for quality
Required Experience and Skills:
3+ years of proven experience owning end-to-end event and field marketing programs in a B2B SaaS or high-growth environment
Demonstrated ability to operate with autonomy, strong judgment, and clear ownership across complex, cross-functional workstreams
Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot and/or Salesforce
Strong program management skills with the ability to build structure, create repeatable processes, and keep many moving pieces on track
Strong analytical skills and fluency in event measurement, attribution, pipeline reporting, and ROI analysis
Exceptional attention to detail and operating rigor; you catch issues before they become problems
Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product Marketing, RevOps, and executive stakeholders
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to drive alignment and push decisions forward
Nice to Have:
Familiarity with major healthcare or health IT conferences such as HIMSS, HFMA, and Becker’s
Strong experience curating executive experiences, including CXO programming, CABs, and VIP events
Experience in Healthcare SaaS, the EHR ecosystem, Revenue Cycle Management, or Hospitals and Health Systems
Experience supporting or executing ABM programs in partnership with Sales
Experience building event playbooks, reporting frameworks, and scalable event operations from the ground up
