As Accord’s Field Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our in-person event calendar - from intimate executive dinners to industry-leading revenue conferences. The role has a strong focus on intimate, high-impact experiences for revenue leaders, including multi-day summits at premier destinations. Reporting directly to Lenny, VP, Marketing, you’ll collaborate closely with your marketing peers in product marketing, content and demand gen as well as sales to bring events to life and leave a lasting impression with top revenue leaders to drive pipeline growth.
Execute & define a field event plan. You will own the full event lifecycle, pre- and post-event coordination, logistics, timelines, and deliverables, while managing a full calendar of 5-7 events at any given time.
Own our flagship User Summit end-to-end. This is the highlight of the events calendar; you will lead planning and execution in unique, standout locations that create a memorable experience for attendees.
Design and deliver a variety of field events. From intimate executive dinners and sports suites to sponsored activations, including 3-4 marquee events per year at destinations like Deer Valley and Palisades Tahoe for top revenue leaders.
Represent Accord at major industry conferences. You will manage Accord’s presence at the large-scale conferences we attend.
Build integrated event campaigns. Partner with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Content, and Sales to maximize engagement before, during, and after every event.
Partner closely with AEs and CSMs to ensure key customers & prospects are included in the appropriate events.
Manage all event-related tasks, including securing invites, gifting, booth logistics, sponsorship deliverables, budget tracking, and coordination of attending staff.
Support the GTM team attending events by providing clear expectations and timelines, and ensuring all event requirements are delivered.
Coordinate with marketing to ensure events are aligned with goals and messaging, maximizing attendance, engagement, and results.
Track and analyze key metrics (ROI, meetings booked, and deals created), providing detailed results to demonstrate event effectiveness and inform future strategy.
Track expenses and ensure all events are delivered on time and within budget.
Bring creative ideas to life. You will have the opportunity to shape the creative vision for events from concept through execution, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand presence that differentiates Accord.
Travel as needed to support execution and on-the-ground logistics (estimated 2-3 trips per quarter).
3+ years of proven experience in B2B events planning and management. Experience with revenue leaders is a plus.
Ability to coordinate and manage events end-to-end, including budget oversight and post-event reporting.
Comfortable managing a full, fast-moving calendar of 5-7 events running simultaneously.
Exceptional organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, under tight deadlines, with a high degree of execution
