About the Role:
We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to own Kikoff's paid social acquisition, with a primary focus on Meta (Facebook/Instagram). This role is responsible for helping achieve Kikoff’s company targets, including customer acquisition, CAC, and ROAS goals via precise channel management and ownership. You will manage the Meta ads channel end-to-end, focusing on initiatives and projects such as:
This role is cross-functional in nature — you will work very closely with creative and data teams to drive profitable growth and help advance the channel.
The ideal candidate has deep hands-on Meta Ads experience with strong analytical instincts and a track record of scaling paid social efficiently at meaningful spend levels.
