About Nightfall:
Nightfall is the AI-native, unified data loss prevention and insider risk management platform that protects sensitive data across SaaS apps, GenAI tools, email, endpoint devices, and more. Hundreds of customers, spanning AI innovators to top 10 banks, trust Nightfall to detect and stop data exfiltration at scale. Nightfall enables organizations to innovate freely without the risks of losing intellectual property or exposing customer data. Our agentic platform helps security teams regain their time by putting data loss prevention on autopilot. With automatic remediation, security violations can be resolved automatically before they become incidents, and end-users can be automatically trained and coached in the moment to self-heal violations that they introduce.
Nightfall is backed by leading VC firms including Bain Capital Ventures (Enrique Salem - former CEO of Symantec), Venrock (early investors in Cloudflare), WestBridge Capital, Pear VC (early investors in Dropbox and Doordash), and a cadre of cybersecurity leaders including Frederic Kerrest (founder of Okta), Maynard Webb (former COO of eBay), Ryan Carlson (President of Chainguard), Kevin Mandia (founder of Mandiant), and many others.
About the role:
You'll be Nightfall's first growth marketing hire, responsible for building our growth engine from the ground up. No team, no inherited campaigns, no playbook — just you, a real problem to solve, and a market that's moving fast. This isn't a role for someone who optimizes existing programs. You'll need to understand how modern security buyers think, translate complex technical narratives into demand, and build systems that generate pipeline consistently — not just campaigns that run once. You'll own paid acquisition, email, ABM, SEO, webinars, and experimentation, and your work will directly shape pipeline and revenue at a critical stage of the company.
What You'll Do:
Own and execute paid advertising across Google Ads and LinkedIn — copy, targeting, bidding, budget pacing, and optimization
Build and run email marketing programs end-to-end — nurture sequences, segmentation, deliverability, and conversion improvement
Execute ABM plays in coordination with sales — target account selection, personalized sequences, and pipeline influence tracking
Own conversion-focused landing pages, CTAs, and the full path from first touch to demo request
Drive SEO strategy and execution, with an eye toward AEO and how Nightfall surfaces in AI-generated search
Plan, promote, and produce webinars as a recurring pipeline channel
Run a structured experimentation program with clear hypotheses, clean measurement, and documented learnings
Partner closely with sales on lead quality, pipeline contribution, and top-of-funnel alignment
What We're Looking For:
5+ years of growth, product marketing, or digital marketing experience in B2B SaaS, ideally at an early-stage or founding-stage company
Experience marketing cybersecurity or security-focused SaaS products is required
Hands-on ownership of Google Ads and LinkedIn campaigns with direct accountability for ROAS and CPL
Proven email marketing depth — nurture, segmentation, deliverability, and performance optimization
Experience running ABM programs in coordination with a sales team
Strong experimentation mindset — hypothesis-driven, statistically rigorous, applies learnings
Has run webinars end-to-end as a pipeline tool
Familiarity with SEO; bonus points for AEO awareness
Huge plus if you are working with AI within your workflows
Self-starter who builds from scratch, moves fast, and owns outcomes without a team
Our Culture
Our employees are our top asset. We offer meaningful equity, strong benefits, and an environment built for people who want to create and make an impact.
Customer Centricity — customers are at the center of every decision
Practicality over Perfection — move fast, decide well, iterate
Strive for Excellence — high standards and continuous improvement
Transparent Communication — open, honest, and collaborative
Unwavering Resilience — push through the hard stuff
Have Fun — we work hard and enjoy doing it together
Environment
Nightfall AI takes pride in being an equal-opportunity employer. We value a diverse and global talent pool and the collaboration that results from having a diverse and inclusive team. All applicants will be considered for employment without attention to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran or disability status. Our hiring decisions are based exclusively on merit, qualifications, and business needs.
Compensation
Employee compensation will be determined based on interview performance, level of experience, specialization of skills, and market rate. During the offer discussion, your recruiter will review the finalized base salary, bonus (for applicable roles), benefits & perks, and stock options as they’ll be reflected in the offer letter.
Apply before August 22, 2026.
