You will be the central point of our events strategy: from event selection through to post-event follow-up, you will manage the entire cycle with a content-first approach and a strong network within the tech and media ecosystem.
We are looking for a highly driven Growth Marketing & Lead Generation Manager to help accelerate H’s global growth across enterprise and strategic accounts.
This role sits at the intersection of growth, demand generation, product marketing, and outbound strategy. You will be responsible for building scalable acquisition engines, generating qualified pipeline, and positioning H as a category leader in agentic AI.
You will work closely with leadership, sales, product, and operations teams to design and execute high-impact campaigns targeting enterprise buyers, technical decision-makers, and innovation leaders.
We are looking for someone who combines analytical rigor with creativity, someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and enjoys building from zero to one.
Build and execute multi-channel lead generation strategies targeting enterprise accounts
Generate qualified inbound and outbound pipeline through campaigns, partnerships, events, and digital channels
Design and optimize account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives
Develop scalable acquisition funnels across paid, organic, email, and outbound channels
Own experimentation across acquisition channels and continuously optimize CAC, conversion, and engagement metrics
Launch and manage performance marketing campaigns (LinkedIn, Google, content syndication, etc.)
Drive SEO and content growth initiatives focused on AI, automation, and enterprise transformation
Build growth loops and scalable marketing systems
Own marketing reporting, attribution, and funnel analytics
Track and improve campaign performance using data-driven insights
Manage CRM and marketing automation workflows
Build dashboards and reporting frameworks to support strategic decisions
4+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, lead generation, or B2B SaaS marketing
Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and outbound/inbound acquisition strategies
Experience scaling pipeline generation in high-growth startup environments
Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Clay, Lemlist, or similar
Strong analytical mindset with experience tracking funnel metrics and campaign performance
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to operate autonomously in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
Strong interest in AI, developer tools, enterprise software, or emerging technologies
Experience in AI, deep tech, SaaS, or developer-focused companies
Familiarity with ABM strategies and enterprise GTM motions
Experience building marketing systems from scratch
Knowledge of automation tools and AI-assisted workflows
