As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will be a key driver of Otter’s user acquisition engine—owning and scaling paid social channels while building a modern, AI-powered growth system. You’ll report to the Head of Growth Acquisition and combine performance marketing, creative intuition, and data-driven thinking to unlock scalable growth. This role is ideal for someone who moves fast, thinks in experiments, and is excited to leverage AI to improve marketing workflows and outcomes.

Salary Range: $150,000 to $170,000 USD per year.
This salary range represents the low and high end of the estimated salary range for this position. The actual base salary offered for the role is dependent on several factors. Our base salary is just one component of a comprehensive total rewards package.
