Job Responsibilities:
Performance Marketing (Core Focus - 50%)
Execute and optimize paid campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok) with a focus on converting free users into paid subscribers at efficient CACs.
Manage ad ops — budgets, targeting, creative testing, and reporting — under guidance from the Director of Growth Marketing.
Proven track record of managing multi-channel paid campaigns at a scale of $250K+ per month.
Lifecycle Marketing (25%)
Support lifecycle campaigns (email and push) by building segmented flows (free → paid, churn win-back, upsell) and running A/B tests.
Strong working knowledge of Customer.io (or similar lifecycle marketing platforms) for building and automating user journeys.
Partner with the Director of Growth Marketing on lifecycle strategy while handling day-to-day execution.
Creative Ops (15%)
Work with design/content to generate ad creatives, UGC, and influencer assets.
Execute structured creative tests and surface insights for future campaigns.
