Angle 02
ABM / partner angle
If this reflects your real background, emphasize: account selection and tiering, 1:1 campaigns and field events, and working closely with sales / channel

Keyword stuffing, fabricated bullets, or borrowed metrics tend to backfire in the first screen. Use these as a checklist, not a script.

About the Opportunity: We're looking for a Partner Marketing Manager to own joint go-to-market with our hyper-scaler and ecosystem partners — Google Cloud, Microsoft, AWS, and more. You'll design and execute co-marketing campaigns, manage MDF programs, build partner portal content, and create the kind of joint storytelling that turns alliances into pipeline. This is a high-ownership role on a fast team where your work will be visible to the executive team and directly tied to revenue.
What You'll Do:
Drive channel co-marketing. Build and execute joint marketing plans with hyperscaler and technology partners (Google Cloud, Microsoft, AWS, and more) that generate qualified pipelines and accelerate deal velocity.
Lead joint campaigns end-to-end. Develop integrated campaigns spanning digital, events, webinars, content syndication, and ABM — owning everything from concept and brief through launch, optimization, and post-mortem.
Manage MDF programs. Plan, claim, execute, and report on Market Development Funds across partners. Maximize utilization, hit ROI targets, and keep audit-ready documentation in order.
Own partner portal content. Build and maintain co-branded sales enablement, battle cards, solution briefs, demand-gen kits, and campaign-in-a-box assets in partner portals (Google Cloud Partner Advantage, Microsoft Partner Center, AWS Partner Central).
Activate partner sellers. Equip partner field, channel, and alliance teams with the messaging, tools, and incentives they need to position TENEX.AI confidently.
Run flagship moments. Working closely with our Events Director, Co-own joint presence at partner events (Google Cloud Next, Microsoft Ignite, AWS re:Inforce, RSAC) including booth strategy, speakers, and meeting motions.
Measure and report. Define KPIs across sourced and influenced pipeline, MDF ROI, and partner engagement — and translate the numbers into a clear narrative for execs and partner stakeholders.
What You Bring:
5+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 3 years focused on partner, channel, or alliance marketing — ideally in cybersecurity, cloud, or enterprise SaaS.
Hands-on experience executing channel co-marketing programs and joint campaigns with hyper-scalers (Google, Microsoft, AWS) or major security vendors.
Demonstrated track record managing MDF — proposal, claim, execution, and reporting — with measurable pipeline outcomes.
Working knowledge of partner portals and content systems (e.g., Google Cloud Partner Advantage, Microsoft Partner Center, AWS Partner Central, Impartner, Allbound, PartnerStack).
Strong campaign chops across the full demand-gen stack: email, paid, content syndication, webinars, events, and ABM.
Excellent writer and storyteller — you can turn a technical capability into a value prop a partner seller will actually use.
Comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments. You ship, measure, and iterate.
Bonus Points:
Experience marketing managed services, MDR, MSSP, or SOC offerings.
Familiarity with Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce, 6sense, or similar martech.
Prior experience standing up a partner marketing function from scratch at a high-growth startup.
Existing relationships within the Google Cloud Security or Microsoft Security partner ecosystems.
Education & Certifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Relevant certifications such as Google Cloud Partner Advantage credentials, Microsoft Cloud Partner Program credentials, HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce certifications are a plus.
Why Join Us?
Opportunity to define partner go-to-market for an AI-native cybersecurity company at hypergrowth scale, working across Google Cloud, Microsoft, AWS, and the broader security ecosystem.
Collaborate with a talented and innovative team focused on continuously improving security operations.
Competitive salary and benefits package.
A culture of growth and development, with opportunities to expand your knowledge in AI, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies.
