This role requires a hybrid schedule and will be based in our South Charlotte, NC or New York, NY office (Tuesday through Thursday) and optional remote days on Mondays and Fridays each week.
We are looking for world-class paid media talent to help us drive our Financial services’ clients acquisition goals. In this role, you will oversee paid media strategy, execution, and investment decisions, driving performance outputs aligned with broader business objectives and unit economics. You’ll dive deep into performance data, visitor behavior, attribution models, and advanced analytics to inform optimization, experimentation, and long-term growth opportunities.

What You’ll Do
What We’re Looking For
Compensation:
Total Cash Compensation Range: $100,000 – $120,000 per year
New York City Total Cash Compensation Range: $125,000 – $145,000 per year
This role is also eligible for a target bonus. Actual compensation varies based on location, experience, and qualifications.
