Flex enables our users to pay rent throughout the month on a schedule that better fits their finances and budget. Our mission is to empower as many renters as possible with flexibility over their most significant recurring expense. After deliberately keeping a stealth profile as we built up unprecedented investor support and an enthusiastic user base, we are looking for motivated individuals to help us keep our mission growing. Will you be a part of the team?

We're hiring a Performance Marketing Associate to be the operational backbone of the team as we scale existing channels, launch TV and radio, rebrand, and expand our product offering beyond Rent. We're hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to be a core executor on the team. You'll be hands-on in the platforms while also acting as the connective tissue between our contractors, data, compliance, and engineering partners. This is a role for someone who knows paid media but is equally excited by building systems, working cross-functionally, and using AI to do it better and faster. You'll get all the upside of joining early - real ownership, real impact on growth trajectory - inside a company that already has over 2 million customers.
