Get to Know the Team
The Regional Product Marketing team is the central hub of user insights and marketing orchestration for all of Grab's products in every vertical Mobility, Food, Groceries, E-commerce, Loyalty, Financial Services, and enterprise solutions across all Grab markets and businesses.
We help products scale with unique Consumer Value Propositions (CVPs), impactful messaging, and habit formation programs that grow adoption and stickiness among consumers, merchants, drivers, and enterprise clients. We work hand-in-hand with regional product and country teams, turning data driven insights into compounding, predictable revenue streams.
Get to Know the Role
In 2026, Grab's Product Marketing team is shifting from traditional marketing to unified product led growth, optimizing for consumer delight, lifetime value (LTV), and revenue outcomes. In this role you will help deliver that shift on the ground applying modern product marketing techniques such as AI-assisted research, predictive personas, and multi-user CVPs to build and take products to market.
You will translate product and technical improvements into compelling commercial narratives, and bring ground truth insights from consumers,drivers, and clients into future product design. You will report into a Product Marketing leader and partner closely with Product, Commercial, Marketing, and Country Operations.
This will be a fully on-site role at our Malaysia's Petaling Jaya office
