Original employer description
Reproduced verbatim from the employer. Verify everything in this brief against the source text below.
Resend is growing fast, and there are now over 3 million developers using it.
We're a small marketing team focused on content, social, events, and community. Now, we're looking for our first Growth Marketer to bring visibility to our funnel: measuring what's working, fixing what isn't, and creating experiments.
This role is fully remote based in UTC-3 to UTC-8 time zones, with some expected travel for team offsites, conferences, meetups, and more.
Read more about how we work, how we hire, and what we value here.
Own the acquisition funnel end-to-end: understand where sign-ups come from, which channels are accelerating or stalling, and why
Amplify externally what we build internally: turn launches into extended reach without just throwing money at the problem
Optimize free-to-paid conversion: find the features that drive upgrades, and build the campaigns (drip, in-product, lifecycle) that surface them at the right moment
Improve our landing pages with real data: get into the weeds of traditional SEO and AI recommendations (AEO/GEO)
Evaluate paid spend: see how sponsorships, ads, and events affect our distribution. Double down on what works, and consider dropping what doesn't
Understand how developers think and how to market to them
Have owned free-to-paid conversion or lifecycle/activation before
Are genuinely analytical and comfortable with data, fluent in funnels and cohorts
Write clearly and ship fast: a v0 experiment this week beats a perfect plan next month
Think critically about a data point, and go deep into how that's measured
Can set up attribution and experimentation infrastructure yourself, not just brief someone else to
Can run lean and make a small budget go far
Understand that not every investment needs to have a short term effect
Have a technical background to make website changes on our own
Autonomy to "just ship it"
AI-native mentality with unlimited token policy
Attention to detail with everything that we do
100% remote team with flexible working schedules
Modern data stack (Snowflake, PostHog, Baremetrics, Metabase)
Honest and low-ego team
Ownership of problems and solutions
Comp: $140,000 - $180,000 USD, commensurate with experience
We are building the modern email sending platform for developers. We care deeply about quality, craft, and the developer experience.
Our fully remote team of 45 spans 13 countries and counting. We're backed by a16z, Y Combinator, and others. Meet the humans →
Apply before August 21, 2026.
