This is a hybrid role. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Digital Marketing and partnering closely with the Director, Digital Growth & Marketing Operations, the Growth Marketing Manager will:
Own channel performance and P&L accountability across paid search, paid social, programmatic, and emerging platforms.
Serve as a hands-on technical operator with expertise in bid strategies, pacing, targeting, and funnel optimization.
Lead structured experimentation in partnership with creative, content, and data science teams.
Champion the adoption of AI and Agentic AI workflows to accelerate optimization, personalization, and campaign orchestration.
Act as a senior cross-functional partner, influencing creative, content, product, and analytics strategies to maximize growth.
Support the data-insight-action growth using our customer data platform and data intelligence tools.
Serve as the technical expert across digital performance platforms: Google Ads, DV360, SA360, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads, RollWorks/AdRoll, DSPs, DMPs & CDPs.
Develop and optimize advanced bid strategies to maximize ROI and efficiency across channels.
Own budgets, pacing, and channel outcomes with accountability for revenue, pipeline, and efficiency.
Identify and scale net-new growth opportunities across emerging platforms, partners, and tactics.
Build and manage a structured experimentation roadmap across creative, audiences, and messaging.
Partner with data science teams to leverage predictive modeling, incrementality testing, and optimization frameworks.
Integrate AI and Agentic AI workflows into campaign testing, creative optimization, and full-funnel orchestration.
Champion a test-learn-scale culture, converting insights into scalable playbooks.
Collaborate with creative and content teams to drive performance-oriented creative strategies.
Lead A/B and multivariate creative testing to optimize ad effectiveness across platforms.
Apply AI-driven creative generation and audience insights to improve personalization and engagement.
Use pivot tables, attribution models, and BI tools (Sisense, Data Studio, Adobe Analytics) to analyze performance and drive optimization.
Translate data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders, connecting marketing investments to business outcomes.
Partner with analytics and data science functions to advance measurement and predictive growth strategies.
Partner across creative, SEO, automation, and product teams to deliver integrated growth campaigns.
Influence executive stakeholders by linking marketing performance with pipeline, revenue, and long-term growth goals.
Mentor junior marketers, building capability in channel execution and experimentation.
Manage agency and vendor relationships to scale impact and efficiency.
9+ years’ experience in growth/performance marketing, ideally in multi-channel, global organizations.
Proven track record of channel ownership with measurable ROI, revenue, and pipeline outcomes.
Deep experience with Google Ads, DV360, SA360, LinkedIn, Meta, RollWorks, DSPs, DMPs, CDPs.
Expertise in bid strategies, funnel optimization, A/B and creative testing.
Strong analytical foundation: Excel (pivot tables), BI tools (Sisense, Data Studio), attribution models.
Experience working with data science teams on predictive modeling and incrementality testing.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent (MBA an asset).
You’ve worked in a client services environment (e.g., digital agency).
Experience conducting interviews and hiring for your team.
Experience consulting with teams on best practices.
