Are you an ambitious marketing student who wants to do more than just observe? Do you want to actively contribute to campaigns, content, and events? Then this internship is for you. We’re looking for a marketing intern to support our Retail and E-commerce marketing activities for a period of 5–6 months.
Lightspeed is a global technology company empowering businesses in retail, hospitality, and e-commerce with powerful commerce solutions. With teams and offices around the world, we help businesses grow through innovative software, data, and payment solutions. From our Amsterdam office, you’ll be part of an international and dynamic environment where collaboration and initiative are key.
As a Marketing Intern, you’ll work closely with the Marketing Manager EMEA and be a fully integrated member of the team. You’ll take ownership of projects and have the opportunity to bring your ideas to life.
You’ll be based at our Amsterdam headquarters, with a minimum of 3 days per week in the office.
Support product launches and marketing campaigns
Create and develop (video) case studies and customer stories
Help organize and execute events, such as customer days
Update and improve content on our website
Contribute to various marketing and communication projects (in Dutch and English)
Currently studying Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
Available for 5–6 months
Fluent in both Dutch and English (written and spoken)
Proactive, organized, and a strong communicator
Interested in retail and/or e-commerce
Experience with design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
Interest in content creation or video editing
Familiarity with a CMS (e.g. WordPress)
Interest in event organization
