Requirements
3+ years in B2B marketing — demand gen, outbound, content, or a mix. No B2C or agency-only backgrounds.
Hands-on with outbound email platforms — someone who has built and run sequences, not just overseen an agency that did. Familiarity with tools like Lemlist, Mailshake, Instantly, or equivalent.
HubSpot proficient — owns their own campaigns, builds lists, tracks attribution.
Can write — clear, concise, confident. This person will draft copy.
Data-driven — reads performance dashboards, interprets what the numbers mean, and adjusts strategy.
Comfortable being the most senior full-time marketer.
Nice-to-Haves
Experience in logistics, fleet, supply chain, or transportation technology.
Clay experience — prospecting, enrichment workflows, and list-building logic.
ABM (Account-Based Marketing) experience — running campaigns to a named account list.

Responsibilites
Fine-tune FleetPulse's outbound engine. This means owning the full Clay + Lemlist stack — list-building logic, campaign sequencing, copy, and performance optimization — targeting around 1,000 fleets per week.
Launch and run the ABM program to a defined list of enterprise and mid-market fleet accounts. Work directly with the VP of Commercial Operations to prioritize accounts and tailor messaging.
Stand up email nurture cadences in HubSpot — from scratch.
Contribute to content and positioning work— shape how FleetPulse talks about its product to different buyer personas.
