Worth raising before applying or in the first recruiter conversation.
01Which channels own the largest part of the growth or pipeline target today?
Why ask this: Triggered when paid search or paid social signals appear in the posting. Triggered by the posting’s mention of paid acquisition / demand gen signals.

Original employer description
Reproduced verbatim from the employer. Verify everything in this brief against the source text below.
Oscilar is building the AI Risk Decisioning™ platform for banks and fintechs.
Our platform enables financial institutions to manage fraud, credit risk, compliance, and onboarding decisions in real time using modern AI infrastructure.
We work with leading fintechs and financial institutions and are backed by world-class investors. Oscilar was founded by Neha Narkhede, co-creator of Apache Kafka and co-founder of Confluent.
We are building a category-defining company — and our GTM engine will be a core competitive advantage.
We are hiring a Growth Outbound Marketing Manager to own outbound pipeline generation for Oscilar’s newest and highest-potential ICP verticals — Fraud, Disputes & Chargebacks, and AML/Compliance.
Your job is to build and run the full outbound engine for these verticals: research the ICP, craft the messaging, wire up the systems, launch multi-channel sequences (email, cold call, LinkedIn), and generate qualified meetings for BDRs and AEs. You’ll also design and execute direct mail plays — both physical and digital — to break through to high-value targets.
This is not a “set up sequences and hand off” role. You own the pipeline outcome. You write the copy, test the signals, build the automations, read the data, and iterate until it works. Then you scale it.
What makes this role different: Oscilar runs one of the most technically advanced GTM stacks in B2B. We use AI agents and Claude to power research, personalization, and campaign orchestration alongside tools like Clay, Outreach, HeyReach, and Nooks. You’ll be expected to think like a GTM engineer — connecting systems via APIs and MCP connectors, not just clicking buttons in a UI.
This is a high-ownership role reporting to the Head of Growth. You will partner closely with BDRs, AEs, and Sales Leadership.
Location: US remote.
Own outbound pipeline generation for new ICP verticals: Fraud, Disputes & Chargebacks, AML/Compliance
Design multi-channel outbound sequences across email, cold call, and LinkedIn
Build and execute campaigns on behalf of BDRs and AEs — you run the plays, they run the conversations
Develop and test ICP-specific messaging, value props, and objection handling for each vertical
Run continuous experiments on intent signals, enrichment sources, and targeting criteria to find what converts
A/B test email copy, subject lines, send times, call scripts, and LinkedIn messaging at volume
Build experiment frameworks that generate statistically meaningful results fast
Kill what doesn’t work quickly. Double down on what does.
Design and execute direct mail campaigns to break through to hard-to-reach prospects
Run both physical mailers (gifting, dimensional mail, executive packages) and digital direct mail plays
Coordinate mail timing with outbound sequences for multi-touch impact
Manage vendors, creative, and fulfillment
Wire together the outbound stack: Clay → HubSpot → Salesforce → Outreach / HeyReach / Nooks
Build custom integrations using APIs and MCP connectors to automate enrichment, routing, and personalization workflows
Leverage Claude and AI agents to scale research, prospect personalization, and campaign orchestration
Own data quality and flow between systems — if something breaks in the pipeline, you fix it
Own outbound messaging end-to-end: write, test, and iterate on all campaign copy
Develop persona-specific talk tracks and value narratives for each new vertical
Build a library of tested templates, snippets, and sequences that BDRs and AEs can leverage
Stay close to Gong calls and customer conversations to keep messaging grounded in real buyer language
Launch outbound campaigns into new ICP verticals where Oscilar has no existing playbook
Generate BDR and AE new business meetings through outbound-sourced sequences
Create and grow outbound qualified opportunities and pipeline
Run 5–10 active experiments at any time across messaging, signals, and channels
Build automations that remove manual work from the outbound process
Partner with BDRs on daily outbound execution and follow-up workflows
Report on outbound performance by vertical, channel, and sequence — with clear pipeline attribution
3–7+ years in B2B outbound marketing, growth marketing, or demand generation
Proven experience building outbound programs that generate qualified pipeline — not just “leads”
Hands-on across email sequencing, cold calling workflows, and LinkedIn outreach
Track record of launching campaigns into new markets or verticals from scratch
Deep fluency with the modern outbound stack: Clay, Outreach, HeyReach, Nooks, Cargo, HubSpot, Salesforce
Can connect systems via custom API endpoints and integrations — not just native connectors
Experience using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) to automate research, personalization, or campaign workflows
Comfortable with data — can write basic queries, build enrichment workflows, and debug integrations
You default to testing, not guessing. Every campaign is an experiment with a hypothesis.
Comfortable running multiple concurrent tests and making decisions from imperfect data
You measure what matters: reply rates, meeting conversion, pipeline created — not vanity metrics
Strong writer who can craft compelling cold outbound copy that gets replies
Can develop differentiated messaging for technical and executive personas in financial services
Tests relentlessly — you know the difference between copy that sounds good and copy that converts
Hands-on experience designing and executing both physical and digital direct mail campaigns
Understand how to coordinate mail with outbound sequences for maximum impact
Have managed vendors, budgets, and fulfillment for mail programs
Marketing to financial institutions, fintechs, or regulated industries
Experience at a company in the $5M–$50M ARR scaling phase
Built or managed AI-powered outbound workflows (AI SDRs, automated personalization, agent-based research)
Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol) connectors or building custom GTM integrations
Background in fraud, compliance, or risk management industries
At Oscilar, you will:
Own outbound for entirely new ICP verticals — build the playbook, don’t inherit one
Work with one of the most advanced AI-powered GTM stacks in B2B SaaS
Have the technical freedom to build custom automations and integrations, not just use tools out of the box
Operate with high autonomy, real budget, and a team that values speed and experimentation over perfection
Directly impact the pipeline and revenue that funds Oscilar’s growth
If you’ve read this far and don’t check every box but are convinced this role has your name on it — send a cold outbound email to joe@oscilar.com that makes us want to reply.
Bonus points if you include a sample outbound sequence for one of our ICP verticals, a GTM automation you’ve built, or a campaign that outperformed expectations.
We’ll read every one.
Apply before August 22, 2026.
