Use this posting to prepare
Each subsection below is grounded in something the posting or the role fields actually say. Use them as prompts — not as finished resume copy.

Keyword stuffing, fabricated bullets, or borrowed metrics tend to backfire in the first screen. Use these as a checklist, not a script.

Oscilar is building the AI Risk Decisioning™ platform for banks and fintechs.
Our platform enables financial institutions to manage fraud, credit risk, compliance, and onboarding decisions in real time using modern AI infrastructure.
We work with leading fintechs and financial institutions and are backed by world-class investors. Oscilar was founded by Neha Narkhede, co-creator of Apache Kafka and co-founder of Confluent.
We are building a category-defining company — and our GTM engine will be a core competitive advantage.
We are hiring a Founding LATAM & EMEA Growth Marketing Manager to launch Oscilar’s presence across Latin America and EMEA from zero.
Your job is to build the regional growth engine end-to-end: outbound campaigns, paid acquisition, regional events and webinars, and local partnerships — whatever it takes to generate pipeline in markets where we have no existing footprint.
This role is for a marketer who can operate independently in new markets, adapt messaging for local audiences, and move fast without a playbook. You’ll be sourcing leads, launching campaigns, and running events within your first weeks — not waiting for a strategy deck to be approved.
This is a high-ownership, 0-to-1 role with direct impact on Oscilar’s international expansion. You will be the first marketing hire dedicated to these regions.
You will work closely with our Head of Growth, VP of Marketing, and regional Sales leadership.
Location: EMEA or LATAM required.
Language: Fluent in English. Spanish or Portuguese strongly preferred. Additional languages are a plus.
You will plan and execute the full regional growth marketing playbook across LATAM and EMEA, including:
Build and run multi-touch outbound sequences targeting regional prospects using Clay, Outreach, HeyReach, Nooks, and Cargo
Localize messaging and campaign assets for regional audiences — tone, language, compliance nuances
Design segmented plays by market, persona, and account tier
Partner with BDRs on regional outbound strategy and follow-up workflows
Launch and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and relevant regional platforms
Own regional ad creative, landing pages (Framer or equivalent), targeting, and budget allocation
Run continuous A/B tests on copy, creative, and audiences — optimize for pipeline, not vanity metrics
Identify and test region-specific channels (LinkedIn, local publications, industry directories)
Plan and execute regional webinars targeting local personas and use cases
Identify and manage participation in regional conferences, trade shows, and industry meetups
Organize executive roundtables, dinners, and field events in key markets
Own the full event lifecycle: sourcing, promotion, on-site execution, and post-event follow-up sequences
Research and prioritize target markets and accounts within LATAM and EMEA
Build regional account lists from scratch using intent data, market research, and local knowledge
Adapt Oscilar’s positioning and value props for regional buyers — different pain points, regulatory environments, competitive landscapes
Identify and pursue co-marketing opportunities with regional partners, integrators, and industry groups
Launch Oscilar’s marketing presence in new regional markets from zero
Run outbound, paid, and event campaigns simultaneously across multiple markets
Localize and adapt campaign messaging, creative, and landing pages for regional audiences
Partner with Sales to build regional pipeline and account penetration strategies
Manage regional marketing budget and report on pipeline contribution by market
Iterate rapidly: launch campaigns, read the results, adjust, and relaunch
Build the repeatable playbook that future regional marketers will follow
5–7+ years in B2B growth or demand generation marketing
Proven experience launching marketing programs in new regions or markets where no playbook existed
Hands-on across outbound, paid, and events — you don’t just plan campaigns, you build and ship them
Track record of generating pipeline in international markets
Fluent in the modern growth stack: Clay, Outreach, HeyReach, Nooks, Cargo, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Framer (or equivalents)
Can build a landing page, set up an outbound sequence, launch a paid campaign, and organize a webinar — all in the same week
Comfortable managing multiple markets and campaigns in parallel
Fluent in English. Spanish or Portuguese strongly preferred
Deep familiarity with business culture and buying behavior in LATAM and/or EMEA markets
Can localize messaging beyond translation — you understand what resonates locally
You thrive in environments where the playbook doesn’t exist yet
Can build account lists, campaign plans, and market entry strategies from incomplete data
Resourceful: you figure it out rather than wait for someone else to figure it out for you
Marketing to financial institutions or regulated industries in LATAM or EMEA
Experience at a company in the $5M–$50M ARR scaling phase
Run regional webinar programs or field events in multiple countries
Built outbound campaigns in non-English-speaking markets
Familiarity with regional data privacy regulations (GDPR, LGPD, etc.)
At Oscilar, you will:
Build the international growth playbook from scratch — not inherit one
Be the first dedicated marketing hire for LATAM and EMEA — enormous ownership and impact
Have direct access to Sales leadership and the full GTM team
Operate with high autonomy, real budget, and a team that values execution over planning
Shape how Oscilar enters and wins in the world’s fastest-growing fintech markets
If you’ve read this far and don’t check every box but are convinced this role has your name on it — send a cold outbound email to joe@oscilar.com that makes us want to reply.
Bonus points if you include a mini go-to-market plan for one LATAM or EMEA market, or any creative campaigns you’ve run that punched above their weight.
We’ll read every one.
Compensation: Competitive salary and equity packages
Flexibility: Remote-first culture
Culture: Family-friendly environment
Development: Unparalleled learning and professional development opportunities
Impact: Making the internet safer by protecting online transactions
Apply before August 22, 2026.
