Use this posting to prepare
Each subsection below is grounded in something the posting or the role fields actually say. Use them as prompts — not as finished resume copy.
Step 1
Terms in the actual posting. Use these only where they match your real experience.
Step 2
Worth raising before applying or in the first recruiter conversation.
01How is success measured for this role?
Why ask this: Useful when the posting doesn't name success metrics. Triggered by the posting’s mention of baseline (always asked when metrics are missing).
02Who owns landing page testing, analytics implementation, and shipping decisions?
Why ask this: Triggered when CRO, experimentation, or website signals appear. Triggered by the posting’s mention of website / cro signals.
03Which systems and attribution models are considered the source of truth?
Why ask this: Triggered when marketing ops, attribution, or analytics tooling is named. Triggered by the posting’s mention of marketing ops / analytics tooling.
04How is the relationship between paid acquisition and lifecycle structured?
Why ask this: Triggered when both paid and lifecycle signals appear. Triggered by the posting’s mention of both paid and lifecycle signals.
Step 3
Each angle below starts from a real signal in the posting. The phrase “if this reflects your real experience” matters — don’t invent experience you don’t have.
Angle 01
Lifecycle / CRM angle
If this reflects your real background, emphasize: segmentation and lifecycle journeys, CRM tooling and journey orchestration, and retention, activation, and reactivation impact
Why we suggest this: posting mentions lifecycle / email / crm.
Angle 02
SEO / organic angle
If this reflects your real background, emphasize: technical SEO and content production, organic traffic and pipeline contribution, and tools (Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush)
Why we suggest this: posting mentions seo / content.
Angle 03
ABM / partner angle
If this reflects your real background, emphasize: account selection and tiering, 1:1 campaigns and field events, and working closely with sales / channel
Why we suggest this: posting mentions partner / field marketing.
Keyword stuffing, fabricated bullets, or borrowed metrics tend to backfire in the first screen. Use these as a checklist, not a script.

NODA AI is a Veteran-owned, venture-backed technology company that is transforming how unmanned systems collaborate in complex, mission-critical environments. We are developing next-generation solutions that enable the autonomous orchestration of heterogeneous unmanned systems across air, sea, land, and space with vital applications in the Defense, intelligence, and commercial sectors.
Our marketing organization plays a critical role in shaping how our company, technology, and vision are understood across the defense ecosystem. We are building a function that moves with the business, aligning corporate strategy, business development priorities, product innovation, and market engagement to accelerate growth.
Joining NODA means working on meaningful technology that pushes the boundaries of autonomy alongside a team that thrives on innovation, rapid iteration, and collaboration.
We are seeking a Senior Integrated Marketing Manager to serve as the strategic integrator between NODA's corporate objectives and marketing execution. Your work will span strategic communications, integrated marketing, content, digital marketing, advertising, public relations, executive visibility, events, and sales enablement. Every initiative you own will tell a consistent story and advance the company's business objectives.
Success in this role requires exceptional judgment and adaptability. As NODA scales, this role is designed to grow alongside the organization, with the potential to evolve into a Deputy Director or Director position.
Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that align corporate objectives, business development priorities, product initiatives, and executive vision into coordinated marketing programs
Own integrated marketing calendars, campaign schedules, editorial calendars, and launch plans that ensure coordinated execution across the marketing organization
Lead the planning, execution, optimization, and performance measurement of integrated campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels
Manage integrated marketing channels including digital advertising, website, email, webinars, social media, public relations, and event marketing to maximize awareness, engagement, and business impact
Oversee website content, campaign landing pages, and digital experiences that support customer engagement and campaign performance
Monitor the national and international Defense markets, industry trends, competitor positioning, media coverage, and business priorities to identify communications opportunities and inform messaging
Design strategic communications plans supporting corporate initiatives, executive visibility, product launches, industry engagement, recruiting, and business development
Develop, write, and execute editorial strategies, messaging frameworks, and content roadmaps that translate complex technical capabilities into compelling narratives aligned with NODA's brand
Partner closely with Business Development leadership to translate growth priorities, capture strategies, Government contract requirements, and target account plans into integrated marketing initiatives
Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to accurately communicate product capabilities, technical differentiation, and customer value
Partner with internal creative resources, video production, and external agencies to ensure marketing deliverables are strategically aligned and executed to a high standard
Measure campaign performance, channel effectiveness, and audience engagement, applying insights to continuously improve marketing strategy and execution
8+ years of progressive experience in integrated marketing, strategic communications, corporate communications, product marketing, advertising, or related disciplines in support of the Defense Industrial Base or Armed Forces
Demonstrated experience supporting a Defense technology company, Government contracting, military, aerospace organization, or similarly technical B2G organization

Demonstrated experience developing, executing, and evaluating integrated marketing and strategic communications programs across paid, owned, earned, and shared media
Demonstrated experience planning and optimizing paid and organic marketing programs across digital channels, including digital advertising, email, webinars, social, marketing automation, GEO, AEO, SEO, SEM, and analytics
Exceptional experience developing messaging frameworks, editorial strategies, and technical content that translates complex technologies into meaningful customer value propositions
