As Senior Marketing Manager (France), you’ll build up Marketing in France from the ground up, our first french customers and six years of DACH proof are your starting line - you'll turn it into a messaging & positioning that resonates with our french partners & customers. France is one of our strategic new markets, so this is a build-from-scratch, high-ownership role. You'll shape French positioning and messaging, create localised content that resonates with French care operators, run demand generation that fills the pipeline, and co-create campaigns with our partners. You are the marketing voice of voize in a trust-driven market, turning a greenfield into real brand presence and pipeline.
Build and own French positioning and messaging - ICP, value propositions and competitive differentiation for the French care market
Create and localise French-language content: SEO/GEO articles, case studies, landing pages and campaign materials.
Run French demand generation across SEO, LinkedIn and targeted campaigns, tracking and attributing leads in HubSpot
Own partner co-marketing with our Partners and manage the French PR/agency relationship, including representing voize at French trade events
Build market intelligence on the French care sector and feed it back to Sales and Product.
Around 4–6 years in B2B SaaS or health-tech marketing, ideally as a generalist with strong product marketing instincts
A track record shaping positioning and messaging, and running demand-generation campaigns with measurable pipeline impact (HubSpot)
Confidence operating independently in a new or ambiguous market - you set direction without heavy oversight. Ideally, you've launched new markets before.
Strong writing and localisation skills: you adapt content so it lands culturally, not just translate it
Full professional proficiency in French and professional working proficiency in English.
You are ideally Berlin based or open to relocate to Berlin and open to travel occasionally to France.
