Realtor.com® is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager, CRM to own the end-to-end messaging strategy that turns Realtor.com®+™ users into deeply engaged, long-term customers. This is a hands-on, strategic role at the intersection of product and marketing. You will architect and optimize the communication layer of our product, ensuring every user is guided toward the high-value actions that define a successful Realtor.com+ experience.
You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders–Product, Engineering Brand/Creative, Analytics, CRM, and Program Implementation–to build automated lifecycle programs that move users from sign-up to deep adoption, driving engagement and long-term platform stickiness.
